产教融合制度及影响因素分析

【摘要】:产教融合是世界许多国家职业教育发展的共同理念,其内涵经历了一种人才培养模式,到一种学校与企业的合作关系,再到一种教育与生产的交叉制度的演变。从制度的角度考察职业教育产教融合,发现产教融合制度是由社会建构的,其形成涉及多元的利益相关者:政府、企业、学校、学生、社会合作者等,这些利益相关者的利益诉求及利益冲突影响着产教融合制度的形成。从多元利益相关者的利益诉求及冲突分析发现,职业教育产教融合制度的基本构成应包括:职业教育投资制度、职业教育供应制度、职业教育评价制度、人才应用制度、社会合作制度。
[Abstract]:The integration of industry and education is a common concept in the development of vocational education in many countries in the world. Its connotation has experienced a mode of talent training, a cooperative relationship between schools and enterprises, and an evolution of a cross-system of education and production. From the perspective of system, it is found that the integration system of industry and education is constructed by society and involves multiple stakeholders: government, enterprises, schools, students, social collaborators and so on. The interests of these stakeholders and conflicts of interest affect the formation of the system of integration of industry and education. From the analysis of the interests demands and conflicts of multiple stakeholders, it is found that the basic composition of the integration system of production and education in vocational education should include: the investment system of vocational education, the supply system of vocational education, the evaluation system of vocational education, and the application system of talents.
