社会工作介入特教中职学校学生工作的研究

【摘要】:进入二十一世纪,国家发展进入黄金发展期,同时也进入了社会矛盾凸显期。作为新兴的专门从事社会工作、为社会弱势群体提供科学帮助和支持的社会工作者,在2004年被国家正式确立为一项新职业。特别是2006年中共十六届六中全会做出的“建设宏大的社会工作人才队伍”战略部署的引导下,我国社会工作发展势头十分迅猛。此后,国家陆续出台政策,广泛推行社会工作。然而,社会工作在特教中职学校发展仍然相对滞后和缓慢。 近年来,作为特殊教育体系中的重要环节,特殊职业教育得到较快发展。在为残疾学生提供职业技术教育的同时,特教中职学校更肩负了塑造人、培养人、教育人的重要职责。特教中职学校学生工作虽然较好地发挥了教育和管理的作用,但在社会多元化的大背景下,面对残疾学生成长曲折、需求多样化、区别于健全学生的特殊性,也暴露出兼顾学生个体需求不足的弊端。 为真正实现办人民满意的学校发展目标,更好地完成学校教育功能和使命,进一步推进教育公平,发扬人道主义精神,提升残疾人人力资源素养,帮助残疾学生建立科学的观念和应对生活的有效技能,实践残疾学生人生的积极成长,有必要引入社会工作,,并对社会工作介入特教中职学校学生工作进行研究。在残疾人职业教育中引入社会工作理念和方法,两者相辅相成,必将极大地提升残疾人职业教育质量和水平。 本研究以陕西省自强中专学校残疾学生为研究对象,以学生工作为介入的突破口和切入点,引入社会工作专业的科学理念和实践知识,通过文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法和个案研究法,深入研究了特教中职学校学生心理特征与学生工作现状、社会工作介入特教中职学校的优势、残疾学生需求与社会工作介入途径、社会工作与学生工作有效结合机制。 本研究重点构建了建立在需求基础上的社会工作“两个方法”介入残疾学生“三方面需求”的途径,即社会工作的个案和小组工作方法介入残疾学生一般需求、特殊需求和改善性需求的途径。这个途径既有助于提升学生工作水平和覆盖面,又针对残疾学生的需求,是社会工作融入特教中职学校的着陆点和结合点。此外还提出特教中职学校学工干部的社工角色重塑,做学工+社工的新型复合型人才,以及在社会工作实践中渗入全纳教育,提升社会工作在特教中职学校这个领域本土化的进程。
[Abstract]:In the 21 century, the national development entered the golden development period, but also entered the period of social contradictions. As a newly developed social worker who specializes in social work and provides scientific help and support to the social vulnerable groups, it was formally established as a new profession by the state in 2004. Especially under the guidance of the strategic deployment of "building a large contingent of social workers" made by the sixth Plenary session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in 2006, the development of social work in China is very swift and violent. Since then, the state has introduced policies to widely promote social work. However, the development of social work in special vocational schools is still lagging behind and slow. In recent years, as an important part of special education system, special vocational education has developed rapidly. While providing vocational and technical education for disabled students, special vocational schools shoulder the important responsibility of shaping, cultivating and educating people. Students' work in special vocational schools has played a better role in education and management, but in the background of social diversity, facing the twists and turns of students with disabilities, their needs are diversified, which is different from the particularity of sound students. It also exposed the disadvantages of taking into account the individual needs of students. In order to truly achieve the goal of school development that is satisfactory to the people, to better fulfill the functions and mission of school education, to further promote education equity, to carry forward the spirit of humanitarianism, and to enhance the human resources literacy of the disabled, It is necessary to introduce social work to help students with disabilities to establish scientific concepts and effective skills to cope with life, and to practice the positive growth of disabled students' life, and to study the involvement of social work in the work of students in special education secondary vocational schools. The introduction of social work ideas and methods into the vocational education for the disabled will greatly improve the quality and level of vocational education for the disabled. This research takes the disabled students in the secondary school of Shaanxi Province as the research object, takes the student work as the breakthrough point and the breakthrough point, introduces the social work specialty scientific idea and the practice knowledge, through the literature method, the questionnaire investigation method, With the method of interview and case study, the psychological characteristics of students in special vocational schools and the present situation of students' work, the advantages of social work in special vocational schools, the needs of disabled students and the ways to intervene in social work are deeply studied. Effective combination of social work and student work. This study focuses on constructing the approach of "two methods" of social work based on demand to intervene in the "three aspects of needs" of students with disabilities, that is, the case of social work and the method of working in groups to intervene in the general needs of students with disabilities. Special needs and ways to improve sexual needs. This approach is not only helpful to improve the working level and coverage of students, but also to meet the needs of disabled students. It is also the landing point and joint point for social work to be integrated into special education secondary vocational schools. In addition, it is also proposed that the role of social workers in special education secondary vocational schools should be reshaped, the new type of compound talents who are social workers in schools, and the inclusive education should be infiltrated in the practice of social work. Promote the process of localization of social work in special vocational schools.
