高职院校教师发展中心建设现状及趋向

【摘要】:高职教师的实践能力和职业素养决定了高职教育质量。高职院校教师发展中心的成立是解决高职教师职后培训的新议题,其培训模式多元化,强调个性化服务和以师为本。中心未来建设应凸显对高职教师职业生涯规划的动态记载,顶层设计中心组织工作,尽可能多地开发特色项目,扩大受益群体,多元化保障中心经费,配备德高望重的一线教师和企业行家里手,制定匹配的激励措施,搭建教师创业平台。
[Abstract]:The quality of higher vocational education is determined by their practical ability and professional accomplishment. The establishment of teacher Development Center in higher vocational colleges is a new issue to solve the problem of post-service training for higher vocational teachers. Its training mode is diversified and emphasizes individualized service and teacher-oriented. The future construction of the center should highlight the dynamic record of the vocational teachers' career planning, design the center to organize the work at the top, develop as many characteristic projects as possible, expand the benefit groups, and diversify the funds of the center. Equipped with high-regard teachers and enterprise experts, the establishment of matching incentives to build a platform for teachers to start a business.
