高职校企合作模式下学生培养机制研究

【摘要】:“校企合作、工学结合”的办学模式是高等职业教育办学的一大特色,也是中国特色高等职业教育改革和发展一个方向。校企双方相互支持、相互渗透、双向介入、优势互补、利益共享,是实现职业教育和企业管理现代化的可持续发展手段。校企合作是培养生产、建设、管理和服务的一线专业技术人才的重要途径。但校企合作模式的有效运行离不开学校和企业共同设计和实施的学生培养机制。只有学生培养机制科学,合理,才能使合作模式产生最大效率。而在实际的操作过程中学生培养机制还存在于许多不足,影响着合作模式的顺利运行。本文基于校企合作模式,定义学生培养机制,从学生管理体制、质量保障机制、创新能力培养体制和学生能力评估体系建设等四个方面阐明了现阶段高职学生培养机制现状,分析了存在的问题及原因,并结合校企合作形式,借鉴于国内外成功经验,提出了改革和完善学生培养机制的对策建议。旨在提高我国高职校企合作人才培养水平,实现学校和企业双赢模式,培养具有高素质的技能型人才为最终目标。
[Abstract]:The mode of "cooperation between school and enterprise, combination of work and study" is a major feature of higher vocational education, and also a direction of reform and development of higher vocational education with Chinese characteristics. Mutual support, mutual penetration, two-way intervention, complementary advantages and shared benefits are the sustainable development means to realize the modernization of vocational education and enterprise management. School-enterprise cooperation is an important way to train professional technicians in production, construction, management and service. However, the effective operation of the school-enterprise cooperation model can not be separated from the student training mechanism designed and implemented jointly by schools and enterprises. Only the scientific and reasonable training mechanism of students can make the cooperation model produce maximum efficiency. But in the actual operation process, there are still many deficiencies in the training mechanism of students, which affects the smooth operation of the cooperation model. Based on the mode of cooperation between school and enterprise, this paper defines the training mechanism of students, expounds the present situation of the training mechanism of students in higher vocational colleges from four aspects: the management system of students, the mechanism of quality assurance, the system of fostering innovative ability and the construction of evaluation system of students' ability. This paper analyzes the existing problems and causes, and combines the form of cooperation between schools and enterprises, and draws lessons from the successful experience at home and abroad, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for reforming and perfecting the training mechanism of students. The aim of this paper is to improve the level of cooperative talents training in higher vocational colleges and enterprises, to realize the win-win pattern between schools and enterprises, and to cultivate skilled talents with high quality as the ultimate goal.
