现代职业教育专业发展的需求模型构建——上海的思考与做法

【摘要】：专业是现代职业教育与社会需求的结合点,是职业教育适应产业发展、服务社会进步的桥梁,在专业设置与布局过程中需要更好地对接产业发展需求。为此课题组设计了专业发展需求模型,从人才需求数量与人才培养规格两个维度,按照产业需求、技能需求、知识需求、学生需求四个参照域分析专业需求情况。
[Abstract]:Specialty is the combination point of modern vocational education and social demand, it is the bridge for vocational education to adapt to the development of industry and serve the social progress. In the course of specialty setting and layout, it needs to better connect with the demand of industrial development. For this purpose, the research group designed a model of professional development demand, which analyzed the professional demand according to the four reference domains of industry demand, skill demand, knowledge demand and student demand from the two dimensions of talent demand quantity and talent training specification.
