GZ学院物流专业校企合作的博弈分析与模式研究

【摘要】:校企合作人才培养模式是我国职业教育改革和发展的基本途径。职业院校如何依托行业和企业建立有利于校企合作的机制和适应这种机制的教学模式,是当前高等职业教育改革的关键和突破口。目前,近年来各高职院校物流管理专业在此领域进行了卓有成效的探索并取得了丰硕的成果。但是在实践中我们可以深刻感到物流专业的校企合作的运行机制还不够完善,校企合作现状并不理想;物流企业经营的不确定性和市场需求变化与物流专业教育计划性之间的频繁冲突,以及该冲突导致的“工学结合、校企合作”的无序及短期行为,难以形成“工学结合、校企合作”的有计划的长效机制。本文以GZ学院物流专业为研究对象,研究的关键点在于剖析高等职业技术学校物流专业的育人目标、企业经营目标,分析校企双方的合作博弈关系,设计博弈模型,,建立寻找学校和企业双方合作共赢的合作模式,并就如何在深度融合中推进职业院校、企业的共赢发展以及构建校企深度合作的长效机制方面提出对策与建议。 文章主要分为五个部分。第一部分为绪论。分析研究背景、意义;对国内外校企合作博弈的研究现状作了一个有针对性的回顾与评述,对相关主要概念进行了界定给出本文研究的基本思路、方法与技术路线。第二部分通过对GZ学院物流专业校企合作模式进行探究,分析了物流专业的现状以及开展校企合作的必要性,对比GZ学院校企合作模式。第三部分分析了GZ学院物流专业校企合作存在的问题及原因,认为校企合作主要存在管理体制不健全、缺乏长效运行机制、缺乏吸引物流企业参与的有效载体和流于形式。第四部分建立博弈模型来分析校企合作过程的关键问题,认为校企合作过程其实就是合作方之间的互相博弈过程,校企之间的博弈是一种非零和博弈,也是一种合作博弈,合作方之间只有建立起了长久的合作关系,才能从合作体中获得正收益。最后一部分则针对GZ学院物流专业校企合作所存在的问题提供了具体的对策,认为要建立校企合作创新系统,依托大型企业集团,确定校企合作办学模式。
[Abstract]:The mode of school-enterprise cooperation talents training is the basic way to reform and develop vocational education in our country. The key and breakthrough of the reform of higher vocational education at present is how to establish a mechanism that is favorable to the cooperation between school and enterprise and how to adapt the teaching mode to this kind of mechanism by relying on the industry and enterprises. At present, in recent years, the major of logistics management in higher vocational colleges has carried on the fruitful exploration in this domain and has obtained the fruitful result. But in practice, we can deeply feel that the operation mechanism of the cooperation between school and enterprise in logistics specialty is not perfect enough, and the current situation of cooperation between school and enterprise is not ideal. The frequent conflicts between the uncertainty of logistics enterprise's operation and the change of market demand and the plan of logistics specialty education, and the disorderly and short-term behavior of "combination of work and study, cooperation between school and enterprise" caused by the conflict, are difficult to form "combination of work and study". School-enterprise cooperation "a planned long-term mechanism." The key point of this study is to analyze the education goal of logistics major in higher vocational and technical school, the enterprise management goal, the cooperative game relationship between school and enterprise, and to design the game model. This paper sets up a cooperative mode of seeking win-win cooperation between schools and enterprises, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the development of vocational colleges and universities in the process of deep integration, the win-win development of enterprises and the establishment of a long-term mechanism of deep cooperation between schools and enterprises. The article is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction. This paper analyzes the background and significance of the research, reviews the current research situation of the cooperative game between schools and enterprises at home and abroad, defines the main concepts concerned and gives the basic ideas, methods and technical routes of this study. The second part analyzes the current situation of logistics specialty and the necessity of the cooperation of GZ college by exploring the cooperation mode of GZ college logistics specialty and compares the cooperation mode of GZ college. The third part analyzes the problems and reasons of the cooperation between school and enterprise in logistics specialty of GZ College, and points out that the cooperation between school and enterprise is mainly lack of perfect management system, lack of long-effect operation mechanism, lack of effective carrier and mere formality to attract the participation of logistics enterprises. The fourth part establishes a game model to analyze the key problems in the process of cooperation between schools and enterprises, and thinks that the process of cooperation between schools and enterprises is actually a mutual game process between the partners, the game between school and enterprise is a kind of non-zero sum game, and it is also a cooperative game. Only when a long-term cooperative relationship is established between the partners, can they gain positive benefits from the cooperation. In the last part, the author puts forward the concrete countermeasures against the problems existing in the cooperation between school and enterprise in logistics major of GZ college, and thinks that the cooperative innovation system of school and enterprise should be established, and the cooperation mode of school and enterprise should be determined by relying on the large enterprise group.
