创新能力导向的高职理实一体化实训室建设

【摘要】：创新型技能人才是当前产业转型升级时期高职教育的人才培养目标。实践教学是高职教育教学体系中的重要组成部分、直接关系到高职教育的人才培养目标能否实现,实践场所是实践教学实施的重要保障条件。基于此,从创新能力培养出发,首先对理实一体化教学模式的特点进行了归纳分析,以高职电子类专业为例,从功能设计、布局设计两方面介绍了理实一体化实训室的建设经验。依托该实训室开展了理实一体化教学、创新设计竞赛和创客教育等一系列活动,实践表明,该模式在培养高职学生的创新能力方面具有一定的成效。
[Abstract]:Innovative talents are the goal of higher vocational education in the period of industrial transformation and upgrading. Practice teaching is an important part of the teaching system of higher vocational education, which is directly related to the realization of the goal of talent training in higher vocational education. Practice place is an important guarantee for the implementation of practice teaching. Based on this, starting from the cultivation of innovative ability, this paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of the integrated teaching mode of theory and practice, taking the electronics major in higher vocational education as an example, and designs the functions of the teaching mode. This paper introduces the experience of the construction of the integrated training room in theory and practice from the two aspects of layout design. A series of activities such as integrative teaching, creative design competition and creative-guest education were carried out in this training room. The practice shows that the model has certain effect in cultivating the innovative ability of the students in higher vocational education.
