民办高职教师专业服务状况研究

【摘要】:民办高等职业教育是我国高等职业教育体系中的重要组成部分,为社会培养和输送了大量的优秀专业技术人才。然而近些年,我国的民办高等职业教育却面临着社会认同程度低,生源匮乏等重重困境,导致这一困境的根本原因是学校教学质量的下降。民办高等职业教育的教学质量取决于教师的专业服务质量,教师的专业化发展和职业素养制约着专业服务水平和专业服务质量。目前,我国民办高职教师为学生专业服务的意识淡薄,专业化发展水平不高,专业服务质量不到位。为了促进民办高等职业教育的长足发展,提高办学质量,我们必须重视民办高职教师专业服务质量,这也是办人民满意的高职教育的客观要求。近些年,很多学者对民办高职师资队伍建设和教师服务学生的相关内容进行了研究,为民办高职教师队伍的建设提出了一些对策和建议。但是,这些文章和著作大多针对普通高等教育来研究教师服务学生的相关问题,针对民办高职教师为学生服务的研究很少,强调民办高职教师要为学生提供专业服务的研究更少。本研究通过选取大连和沈阳地区的四所民办高职院校的专职教师和学生为主要调查对象,对教师的专业服务状况有所了解。研究发现,目前民办高职教师为学生提供专业服务主要存在以下不足:一是专业服务意识淡薄;二是服务态度不够认真;三是教师自身职业素养和专业发展水平不高;四是教育管理混乱、缺失。四是教育管理混乱、缺失。问题存在的主要原因有以下两个方面:从教师的内部原因来看,主要有教师的专业信仰、职业道德和责任感不强;新教师的职前培训不到位;教师在职培训质量不高;自我发展动力不足。从外部原因来看,主要有学校对教师的考核管理评价不完善;学校作为办学主体对教师质量要求不高;民办高职学生特点;社会背景的影响等。文章最后,,本研究提出了提高民办高职教师专业服务水平的建议:从教师自身来看主要有教师道德修养的提升;坚定教师专业信仰;提升教师专业素质;树立以学生为本的专业服务理念等。从学校层面来看主要有推行学生参与教师评聘;对教师专业服务有效激励;完善和加强教师培训;构建以专职教师为主的民办高职师资队伍。
[Abstract]:Private higher vocational education is an important part of our country's higher vocational education system, which trains and conveys a large number of outstanding professional and technical talents for the society. However, in recent years, the private higher vocational education in our country is faced with many difficulties, such as low degree of social identity and lack of students. The fundamental reason for this dilemma is the decline of school teaching quality. The teaching quality of private higher vocational education depends on the professional service quality of teachers. The professional development and professional accomplishment of teachers restrict the professional service level and professional service quality. At present, the private vocational teachers in our country have a weak sense of professional service for students, the level of professional development is not high, and the quality of professional service is not in place. In order to promote the rapid development of private higher vocational education and improve the quality of running a school, we must attach importance to the professional service quality of private vocational teachers, which is also the objective requirement of running higher vocational education satisfactory to the people. In recent years, many scholars have studied the construction of teachers and teachers serving students in private vocational colleges, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of teachers in private vocational colleges. However, most of these articles and works focus on general higher education to study the problems related to teachers' service to students, and there are few studies on private vocational teachers serving students. It is emphasized that there is less research on private vocational teachers to provide professional services for students. This study selected the full-time teachers and students from four private vocational colleges in Dalian and Shenyang as the main objects of investigation to understand the professional service situation of teachers. It is found that at present, there are the following shortcomings in providing professional service to students by private vocational teachers: first, weak professional service consciousness; second, insufficient service attitude; third, teachers' low level of professional accomplishment and professional development; Fourth, education management is confused, missing. The main reasons for the problems are as follows: from the teachers' internal reasons, teachers' professional beliefs, professional ethics and responsibility are not strong, new teachers' pre-service training is not in place, teachers' in-service training quality is not high; Lack of motivation for self-development. From the external reasons, the main schools to teachers assessment and evaluation is not perfect; schools as the main body of teachers do not have high requirements for the quality of teachers; the characteristics of private vocational students; the impact of social background, and so on. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the professional service level of teachers in private vocational colleges: from the teacher's own point of view, there are mainly the improvement of teachers' moral accomplishment, the strengthening of teachers' professional belief, the improvement of teachers' professional quality, and the improvement of teachers' professional quality. Set up a student-based professional service concept. From the school level there are mainly the implementation of students to participate in teacher evaluation; effective incentives for teacher professional services; improve and strengthen teacher training; build a full-time teachers of private higher vocational teachers.
