中高职教育交融式衔接管理运作的理念、体系和方法

【摘要】：集团化办学条件下中高职教育交融式衔接的管理运作是在职教集团中,为了实现中高职教育交融式衔接的预期目标,以人、财、物、时等为中心进行的协调活动。中高职教育交融式衔接的实现,需要构建一套科学合理、富有实际可操作性的衔接管理运作体系,即在集团化办学条件下,秉承合作共享、交融发展的管理理念,构建统一管理,分级负责、联动协作的运行机制,形成规范化、制度化与信息化的管理办法。
[Abstract]:Under the condition of collectivization of running a school, the management operation of blending mode of higher vocational education is a coordinated activity in vocational education group, in order to realize the expected goal of blending mode of middle and higher vocational education, and take people, money, material, time and so on as the center. It is necessary to construct a set of scientific and reasonable, practical and operable link management operation system, that is, under the condition of collectivization, adhering to the management concept of cooperation and sharing, blending and development, in the realization of blending mode of middle and higher vocational education. To establish a unified management, hierarchical responsibility, linkage and cooperation of the operational mechanism, to form a standardized, institutionalized and information management methods.
