职业教育集团治理结构建设的理性思考

【摘要】：职业教育集团因具有资源集约、功能整合等多重优势而成为新时期系统培养技术技能人才的最佳模式之一。要充分发挥职业教育集团的组织功能,使其成为促进区域产教融合和工学结合的有效载体,关键要建立健全职业教育集团的治理结构。文章在分析职业教育集团治理结构所面临的制度环境和发展瓶颈的基础上,提出要发挥市场机制的决定性作用、创新政府的最适作用、创建职教集团治理结构等对策。
[Abstract]:Vocational education group has become one of the best ways to train technical talents in the new period because of its multiple advantages such as resource intensive and functional integration. To give full play to the organizational function of the vocational education group and make it an effective carrier to promote the integration of regional industry and education and the combination of work and learning, the key is to establish and improve the governance structure of the vocational education group. Based on the analysis of the institutional environment and the bottleneck of the development of the governance structure of the vocational education group, the paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as giving play to the decisive role of the market mechanism, innovating the optimal role of the government, and establishing the governance structure of the vocational education group.
