技校学生对一体化教学的学习适应性问题的研究

【摘要】:长期以来,学校教育对学生学习适应性的重视程度远不如对学习成绩的重视,而技工学校尤其如此。技工学校作为高技能人才培养的主阵地,承担着培养高技能人才、满足企业用工需求的重要使命。国内外对学习适应性的研究,主要集中在特殊群体的学生和中小学生身上,针对技校生特定群体的学习适应性研究还没出现。近年来,一体化渐渐被人们所熟悉,,技工学校重视实践和技能,但对学生能否迅速适应一体化的学习环境和学习方式并未做深层次的研究。对一体化教学试点班的学生进行学习适应性的调查研究,对提高技校生学习水平,改善心理健康状况,增强技校生在未来社会的竞争能力具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。 论文运用《技校生对一体化教学的学习适应情况调查问卷》对广东省机械技师学院700名学生进行了问卷调查,收回有效问卷674份,然后运用SPSS15.0统计软件对调查数据进行了统计分析,得到以下结论:(1)总体上,技工学校学生对一体化教学的学习适应性好;(2)具体分析,男生的总分及各维度得分都比女生高;不同专业的技校生对一体化教学的学习适应性存在差异;高级部学生得分高于中级部学生;不同生源的学生在一体化教学的学习适应性没有显著差别;学生在校期间担任干部比不担任干部得分要高。 在对研究结果进行统计分析的基础上,提出了以下的建议和看法:(1)从个人层面上看,应明确学习目的,养成良好学习习惯;(2)从家庭层面上看,应营造和谐的家庭环境,提高个人修养;(3)在学校层面上看,应改善软硬件条件,促进学生健康发展;(4)从社会层面上看,应提高技工学校的社会地位,营造良好的社会舆论氛围。
[Abstract]:For a long time, school education has paid less attention to students' learning adaptability than to academic achievement, especially in technical schools. As the main position of training high-skilled talents, technical schools undertake the important mission of cultivating high-skilled talents and meeting the needs of enterprises. The research on learning adaptability at home and abroad is mainly focused on the students of special groups and primary and middle school students, but the study on the learning adaptability of specific groups of students in technical schools has not yet appeared. In recent years, integration has gradually been familiar to people. Technical schools attach importance to practice and skills, but there is no deep research on whether students can adapt to the integrated learning environment and learning methods quickly. The investigation and research on the students' learning adaptability in the pilot class of integrated teaching has important theoretical and practical significance in improving the students' learning level, improving their mental health and enhancing their competitive ability in the future society. In this paper, 700 students of Guangdong Institute of Mechanical Mechanics were investigated by the questionnaire of students' adaptation to Integrated Teaching, and 674 valid questionnaires were collected. Then the author makes a statistical analysis of the survey data by using the SPSS15.0 statistical software, and gets the following conclusion: 1) on the whole, the students of the technical school have a good adaptability to the integrated teaching. The total score and the scores of each dimension of the boys are higher than those of the girls. There are differences in the learning adaptability of students in different technical schools to integrated teaching, the scores of advanced students are higher than those of intermediate students, and there is no significant difference in the learning adaptability of students from different sources of students in integrated teaching. Students in school as cadres than not as cadres score higher. On the basis of the statistical analysis of the results of the study, the following suggestions and opinions are put forward: 1) from the individual level, we should make clear the purpose of study, form a good study habit) from the family level, we should build a harmonious family environment. From the view of society, we should improve the social status of technical schools and create a good atmosphere of public opinion.
