高职院校创新人才培养的探索

【摘要】:创新是时代精神的核心。创新人才培养是高等教育的重要内容和主要目标。本次研究从时代背景和教育现状出发,紧紧围绕“高职院校创新人才培养”这个中心问题,按照“高职院校为什么要培养创新人才——高职院校培养的是什么样的创新人才——结合江苏某高职学院开展创新人才培养的探索,高职院校应该怎么样培养创新人才”的逻辑思路,由宏观到微观、由理论到实践、再由实践到理论的逻辑思路逐步深入展开论述。 本研究以创新型国家理论、人的全面自由发展理论、高职教育的核心就是创新教育为依据,明确了高职院校创新人才培养的必要性和必然性。①在高职教育中培养具有创新素质的人才是新世纪知识经济时代的迫切需要,它有利于增强我国的综合国力和国际竞争力。②培养创新人才是我国高等职业教育面临的紧迫任务,有利于推动我国教育的改革和发展。③在高职教育中实施创新教育具有较强的现实针对性。④实施创新教育,有利于促进高职教育的改革,突出高职特色。 同时,本文主张创新人才从没有统一的标准与要求,真正的创新人才往往于平凡中建伟业。所以高职院校当然可以培养创新人才,而且培养的是最真实的创新人才。 第三,从创新劳动和创新人才层面分析得出高职院校创新人才是基层、一线的创新人才。从现代企业对创新人才的要求分析得出高职院校创新人才是技能型创新人才。由此,基本定位了高职院校是培养一线技能型创新人才的场所。从职业环境、岗位目标、技能掌握、专业技术知识、职业素养等方面充分阐述了高职创新人才,即一线技能型创新人才的主要特征。技能型创新人才是以发展能力为中心,以培养技术专门人才为目标,以创新精神为动力,具有动作技能和心智技能的人才。同时,明确了技能型创新人才作为我国人才队伍的重要组成部分,在提高自主创新能力、促进创新型国家建设中发挥着不可替代的作用。技能型创新人才是自主创新的基础,他们实践自主创新的要求,他们培育自主创新文化。 第四,通过从教育理念、培养目标、培养策略、培养实践过程、技能竞赛、创新活动、创新平台等方面详细分析了江苏某高职学院创新人才培养的探索,由此提出了推进高职院校创新人才培养的一些对策。①通过学校领导层面、教师层面、学生层面教育观念的转变,树立创新型教育观。②通过依托专业创办学科性公司、以创新教育为主线的教学改革、建立学生社团导师制,打造创新型师资队伍。③通过创新办学模式、构建创新人才培养方案、构建创新人才培养课程体系、构建创新人才培养的考核评价体系、营造创新人才培养的教育环境,探索创新人才培养的途径。 希望这样的研究成果能有助于促进我国高职院校创新人才的培养工作和人才培养模式的改革。
[Abstract]:Innovation is the core of the spirit of the times. The cultivation of innovative talents is an important content and main goal of higher education. Based on the background of the times and the present situation of education, this study focuses on the central issue of "cultivating innovative talents in higher vocational colleges". According to "Why should higher vocational colleges train innovative talents? what kind of innovative talents are being trained in higher vocational colleges?" combined with the exploration of developing innovative talents training in a vocational college in Jiangsu Province, The logical thinking of how to train creative talents in higher vocational colleges is discussed from macro to micro, from theory to practice, and then from practice to theory. This research is based on the theory of innovative state, the theory of man's comprehensive and free development, and the core of higher vocational education is innovation education. The necessity and inevitability of cultivating innovative talents in higher vocational colleges. It is the urgent need of the knowledge economy era in the new century to train the talents with innovative qualities in higher vocational education. It is an urgent task for China's higher vocational education to train innovative talents in order to enhance its comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness. It is helpful to promote the reform and development of higher vocational education. 3. The implementation of innovative education in higher vocational education has strong realistic pertinence. 4. It is helpful to promote the reform of higher vocational education and highlight the characteristics of higher vocational education. At the same time, this paper argues that innovative talents never have unified standards and requirements. Therefore, higher vocational colleges can certainly cultivate innovative talents, and cultivate the most real innovative talents. Thirdly, from the level of innovative labor and innovative talents, it is concluded that innovative talents in higher vocational colleges are grass-roots and first-line innovative talents. From the analysis of the requirements of modern enterprises for innovative talents, it is concluded that the innovative talents in higher vocational colleges are technical innovative talents. Thus, the basic orientation of higher vocational colleges is to train the first-line technical innovation talent. This paper fully expounds the main characteristics of innovative talents in higher vocational education from the aspects of professional environment, post goal, skill mastery, professional technical knowledge, professional accomplishment, and so on. The innovative talents of skill type are those who take the development ability as the center, train the technical specialized talents as the goal, take the innovation spirit as the motive force, have the movement skill and the mental skill. At the same time, it is clear that the skilled and innovative talents, as an important part of China's talent team, play an irreplaceable role in improving the ability of independent innovation and promoting the construction of an innovative country. Technical innovation talents are the basis of independent innovation, they practice the requirements of independent innovation, they cultivate independent innovation culture. Fourth, through the education idea, the training goal, the training strategy, the training practice process, the skill competition, the innovation activity, the innovation platform and so on, this paper analyzes the exploration of the innovation talent training in a higher vocational college in Jiangsu. This paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the cultivation of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges. 1 through the transformation of educational concepts at school leadership level, teacher level and student level, the author sets up an innovative education concept .2 establishing a disciplinary company by relying on the specialty. The teaching reform with innovative education as the main line, the establishment of the tutoring system of student associations, the creation of innovative teaching staff, the construction of innovative talents training programs and the establishment of innovative talents training curriculum system through innovative mode of running schools. To construct the system of assessment and evaluation of the cultivation of innovative talents, to create the educational environment for the cultivation of innovative talents, and to explore the ways of cultivating innovative talents. It is hoped that this research result will help to promote the cultivation of innovative talents and the reform of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges.
