养老服务业发展视角的“产教融合、公建民营”护理专业实体建设的研究与实践

【摘要】：本文从养老服务业发展视角出发,阐述广西中医学校通过政校联手、产教融合的形式创建了集"养护医"为一体的护理型养老服务机构——广西重阳老年公寓,将学校教学、人才培养与服务社会有机结合,建成了集"教学、经营、培训、服务"四位一体的经营性、共享性、开放性的实体化老年护理实践基地,深化教学过程和经营过程的深度对接,形成相应的支撑条件和运行机制,提高了养老护理专业人才培养效率,为护理专业适应老龄化社会改革提供了重要方向。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of the development of the aged service industry, this paper expounds that Guangxi traditional Chinese medicine school, through the cooperation of government and school, establishes the nursing old-age service institution, Guangxi Chongyang apartment for the aged, which is integrated with "maintenance medicine" in the form of integration of production and teaching, and teaching the school. The combination of talent training and service to the society has set up the "teaching, management, training and service" of the four integrated management, sharing, open and substantive nursing practice base, deepening the teaching process and the deep docking of the management process. The corresponding supporting conditions and operation mechanism were formed, which improved the training efficiency of nursing professionals, and provided an important direction for nursing specialty to adapt to the reform of aging society.
