学习神经科学视域下我国职业教育的公平发展

【摘要】:学习神经科学是以人类大脑学习的内在机制为研究对象,将认知心理学和认知神经科学的研究成果应用于教育实践,探索人脑学习规律、揭示人脑学习奥秘、提升教育教学效果的一门新兴学科。传统论域下的职业教育囿于"固性""共性""物性"和"理性",从而忽视了应有的"弹性""个性""人性"与"感性",致使人们对它产生了诸多偏狭的认识,受到极不公正之待遇。学习神经科学的研究成果表明,职业教育的改革唯有构筑终身化的现代职教体系,树立多元化的学生观念,创设可视化的教学情境,施以情感化的人文关怀,才能实现其科学、公平、有效的发展。
[Abstract]:Learning neuroscience is based on the intrinsic mechanism of human brain learning. The research achievements of cognitive psychology and cognitive neuroscience are applied to educational practice to explore the rules of human brain learning and reveal the mystery of human brain learning. An emerging discipline to improve the effectiveness of education and teaching. The vocational education under the traditional theory domain is confined to "solid", "commonality", "materiality" and "rationality", thus neglecting the due "elasticity", "individuality", "humanity" and "sensibility", which results in people having a lot of narrow understanding of it and being treated unfairly. The research results of learning neuroscience show that the reform of vocational education can realize its science only by constructing a lifelong modern vocational education system, setting up diversified students' ideas, creating visual teaching situations and giving emotional humanistic care. Fair and effective development.
