昆山登云科技职业学院中、高等职业教育衔接的研究

【摘要】:中、高等职业教育的街接关系到职业教育的发展,甚至会影响国民教育的健康前行。本篇文章通过教育理论研究以及理论与实践结合的方法,主要针对昆山登云科技职业学院的中、高等职业教育的衔接进行了一定的分析与研究,探索出了适合学院自身中、高等职业教育衔接发展的思路和策略,为中等职业教育和民办高等职业教育的衔接提供一定的理论依据,也为同类院校的衔接发展提供具有参考性的实践经验。本文通过文献研究法,对当前昆山登云科技职业学院中、高等职业教育的街接现状进行了细致深入的研究,运用访谈法对学院相关部门的专业人士进行深度访谈,听取了他们对于此课题的独到、有益的见解。在以上的基础上,论文借鉴此前学术的研究成果对有关概念进行了界定以及大体描述了江苏省中、高等职业教育衔接的发展情况,借此契机详细分析了昆山登云科技职业学院在中、高等职业教育衔接方面的探索与实践,重点阐述了学院首创的“工学结合专班”的理念与模式,还有在衔接过程中存在的问题以及一些制约因素,然后对其原因进行比较深入的分析,并以财务管理专业为例,具体到中、高等职业教育课程衔接问题进行阐述,进而提出了衔接与创新课程、对接与提升技能、将教学方法与教学考评链接、改革与深化教学培养方案、建设与深化改革项目课程、改革与深化“三阶段培养目标”、学生管理理念与模式以及双师型教师培养方式等相关策略与建议,意在推广昆山登云科技职业学院中、高等职业教育衔接过程中成功的理念和模式,,为江苏地区乃至全国职业教育的发展增添新的推动元素。
[Abstract]:In the middle, the street connection of higher vocational education is related to the development of vocational education and even affects the healthy advance of national education. Through the research of educational theory and the method of combining theory with practice, this article mainly analyzes and studies the connection of higher vocational education in Kunshan University of Science and Technology, and explores the suitable for the college itself. The ideas and strategies of the development of higher vocational education provide some theoretical basis for the convergence of secondary vocational education and private higher vocational education, as well as practical experience with reference for the development of the same kind of colleges and universities. Through literature research, this paper makes a detailed and in-depth study on the current situation of street connection of higher vocational education in Kunshan University of Science and Technology, and uses the method of interview to conduct in-depth interviews with professionals in the relevant departments of the college. They listened to their original and useful views on the subject. On the basis of the above, the paper uses the previous academic research results to define the relevant concepts and describes the development of the convergence of higher vocational education in Jiangsu Province. Taking this opportunity, this paper analyzes in detail the exploration and practice of the connection between secondary and higher vocational education in Kunshan Dengyun Vocational College of Science and Technology, with emphasis on the concept and mode of "the combination of work and study" created by the College. There are also some problems in the process of convergence and some constraints, and then the causes of a more in-depth analysis, and financial management as an example, specific to the middle, higher vocational education curriculum convergence issues are elaborated. Furthermore, it puts forward the connection and innovation course, the connection and promotion of skills, the link between teaching method and teaching evaluation, the reform and deepening of teaching training scheme, the construction and deepening of reform project curriculum, and the reform and deepening of "three-stage training goal". Related strategies and suggestions, such as student management concept and mode, as well as training mode of double-qualified teachers, are intended to promote the successful ideas and models in the process of linking up higher vocational education in Kunshan Dengyun Science and Technology Vocational College. For Jiangsu region and even the development of vocational education to add new impetus elements.
