高职院校对口单招的成效、问题和改革路径

【摘要】：对口单招是完善我国高职院校考试招生制度的重要举措,为高职院校选拔技术技能型人才提供了良好的途径。2013年,我国明确提出高职院校分类考试改革,各省(直辖市)积极探索对口单招改革路径并取得了不错的成效。但是,实施过程中也出现了不少问题,主要表现为:考试招生政策欠缺系统性和针对性;文化课考试内容分值多,职业技能考试分值少;录取标准单一,录取机制有待完善;考试招生中缺少行业指导和企业参与。为健全符合职业教育特征的高等职业教育考试招生制度,教育行政部门和高职院校实施对口单招要坚持政策目标、对象和措施的一贯性,完善考试招生政策;以培养技术技能型人才为目标,科学设计文化课考试;以工作内容为导向,组织专业技能考试;坚持效率和公正相统一原则,健全招生录取机制;提升行业企业参与度,构建多方参与机制。
[Abstract]:It is an important measure to perfect the examination enrollment system of higher vocational colleges in our country, and it provides a good way for higher vocational colleges to select technical and skilled talents. In 2013, our country put forward the reform of classified examination in higher vocational colleges. Provinces (municipalities) actively explore the reform path and achieved good results. However, there are also many problems in the process of implementation, which are mainly shown as follows: lack of systematic and pertinence in the policy of recruiting students in examinations, more scores in examination contents of culture courses, less scores in vocational skills examinations, single admission standards, and need to be improved in admission mechanism; Lack of industry guidance and enterprise participation in the examination enrollment. In order to perfect the enrollment system of higher vocational education examination in accordance with the characteristics of vocational education, the administrative department of education and the higher vocational college should adhere to the policy objective, the object and the consistency of the measures, and perfect the examination enrollment policy. To train technical talents as the goal, scientifically design the examination of culture course, organize the examination of professional skills guided by the work content, adhere to the principle of unifying efficiency and fairness, perfect the admission mechanism, enhance the participation of enterprises in the industry, Construct multi-party participation mechanism.
