长沙市中等职业学校校企合作人才培养典型模式研究

【摘要】:作为现代职业教育体系的重要组成部分,中等职业教育的发展对于社会的进步与经济的发展起着举足轻重的作用。当今,国家大力倡导建设现代职业教育体系,以符合现代产业发展与社会经济发展的实际需求。在促进现代职业教育体系逐步完善的过程中,中等职业教育的改革创新是一项重要的任务,其中中等职业教育人才培养模式的改革占据着突显的位置。 本文基于校企合作人才培养模式内容及运行机制内容,对长沙市中等职业学校校企合作人才培养典型模式进行了研究,总结性地阐述了目前长沙市中等职业学校所采用的三种典型的校企合作模式,即“订单培养”模式、“引厂进校”模式与“学校办厂”模式,并进行了比较分析。校企合作人才培养模式的实施与发展过程中,学校、企业与政府三方起着一定程度的制约作用,与此同时,潜在的内部优劣势与外部机会、威胁都对其产生了一定的影响。长沙市三类典型模式以面向当地经济发展为最基本的原则,专业技能训练与德育双管齐下,善于利用各类途径激发企业的合作积极性,构建实习实训保障制度并完善校企合作的评价反馈机制,丰富了校企合作的实践活动,但同时也引发了对法律与政策可操作性问题、校企合作人才培养机制完善性问题、以及职业教育观念更新问题的思考。
[Abstract]:As an important part of modern vocational education system, the development of secondary vocational education plays an important role in social progress and economic development. At present, the country strongly advocates the construction of modern vocational education system in order to meet the actual needs of the development of modern industry and social economy. In the process of promoting the gradual improvement of modern vocational education system, the reform and innovation of secondary vocational education is an important task, and the reform of talent training mode of secondary vocational education occupies a prominent position. Based on the contents of school-enterprise cooperative talents training model and its operating mechanism, this paper studies the typical model of school-enterprise cooperative talents training in secondary vocational schools in Changsha. In this paper, three typical modes of cooperation between schools and enterprises adopted by secondary vocational schools in Changsha, namely "order training", "leading factories into schools" and "schools running factories", are expounded and compared and analyzed. In the process of the implementation and development of the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation talents, the tripartite of school, enterprise and government plays a restrictive role to a certain extent, at the same time, the potential internal advantages and disadvantages and external opportunities, threats have a certain impact on it. The three typical models of Changsha take the development of local economy as the most basic principle, the training of professional skills and moral education are combined, and they are good at using all kinds of ways to stimulate the cooperation enthusiasm of enterprises. Constructing the practical practice training security system and perfecting the evaluation feedback mechanism of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise enrich the practical activities of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise, but at the same time, it also leads to the problems of the operability of the law and policy, the perfection of the training mechanism of the talents of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise.
