高职院校学生职业素养教育现状与发展对策

【摘要】：社会进步与经济发展对我国高职人才培养提出了更高要求,高职教育不仅应关注学生专业知识与技能水平的培养,更应注重学生综合素质、职业素养的全面提升。作者对目前高职院校学生职业素养教育的现状进行调研,从人才培养定位、课程设置、师资建设、学生教育管理、校企合作等几方面进行了深入分析,并提出了相应的发展对策。
[Abstract]:Social progress and economic development have put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of higher vocational talents in our country. Higher vocational education should not only pay attention to the cultivation of students' professional knowledge and skills, but also pay more attention to the comprehensive quality of students and the overall improvement of professional literacy. The author investigates the present situation of students' professional literacy education in higher vocational colleges, and makes an in-depth analysis on the orientation of talent training, curriculum setting, teacher construction, student education management, cooperation between schools and enterprises, and so on. And put forward the corresponding development countermeasures.
