乌海地区高职学生就业存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：进入21世纪以来，随着社会工业化和现代化的快速到来，高等教育也在走向普及化，高职学生的就业问题已成为人们街谈巷议的主要话题，人们也逐渐认识到：要解决高职学生的就业问题，就必须对高职教育发展现状有更深入的认识。同时，人们也普遍感觉到就业困难的形势日益严峻，特别是高职学生的就业问题更是令人困惑，与本专科院校的学生相比，高职学生只在技能上有优势，而从学历和学位上相比，他们的劣势较为突出，因此高职学生的就业状况也令人堪忧。当前，高职学生的就业问题已成为一个社会问题，除学生和家长忧心忡忡之外，也引起了政府和学校的高度关注。可以说，高职学生的就业问题的顺利解决有利于高等职业教育的可持续健康发展，也有利于推动高等教育的现代化进程，更利于社会主义和谐社会的稳步推进。正是基于此，笔者从2008年一直关注乌海职业技术学院的毕业生就业问题，通过大量文献资料的总结和研究，参照国内外高等职业教育的先进模式，结合乌海地区高职学生问卷调查的实际状况，正确分析当前的就业形势和就业现状，最后有针对性地提出了相应的对策和建议，为本地区高职院校的持续发展提供了有价值的参考。本论文共分为三部分：第一部分是论文的绪论部分，本文依托乌海职业技术学院，介绍了本文研究目的、研究意义、研究内容和方法，并对国外高职院校的研究动态进行了简略的概述，从而为本院的高职教育理论发展和就业指导奠定了基础。第二部分介绍了乌海高职学生当前面临的就业现状，并结合目前我国高职教育发展过程中存在的问题和就业特点，着重分析了社会因素、高职院校、学生的自身因素和家庭的因素给高职学生就业带来的压力与困境，同时也指出随着经济的快速发展和加入WTO之后面临的机遇，为乌海高职学生的就业前景做了前瞻性的概述。第三部分本文作者研究大量文献，并结合乌海高职学生近几年的就业状况，运用实证调查的方法和问卷调查的方法来阐述乌海高职学生就业的对策。在上述基础上，作者从四个方面提出了乌海地区高职学生就业的发展方向，即：政府、乌海地区高职院校自身、社会用人单位和高职学生自身。具体而言，自治区和乌海市等各级政府要加强就业政策的调控，充分发挥政府的优势，加强对高职学生就业工作的管理与指导，突出政府的社会管理功能，根据当前的经济形势和市场需求不断深化高职教育改革，不断提高高职学生就业工作的服务水，加大对高职教育的经济投入与扶持力度，从根本上为高职教育保驾护航；作为培养技能人才的乌海高职技术学院本身要准确定位，苦练内功，以就业和社会需求为导向，形成鲜明办学特色的高职院校，不断深化教育教学改革，提高高职教育质量，加强对高职学生的就业指导，开辟多种就业渠道，加强校企合作，提高学生的就业竞争力；社会用人单位要科学设置岗位，不能盲目攀比，消除对高职学生的就业歧视，实事求是地引进和选拔人才，切实为高职学生广开就业门路；作为高职学生本身首先要正视自己，树立正确的就业观念，从进入高职院校起，就要清楚自己的未来职业规划，，不要好高骛远，要及时转变就业观念，端正就业心理，准确定位自己，加强理论学习，不断提高实践能力，积极进行自我完善，全面提高自身素质，增加就业砝码。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social industrialization and modernization , higher education has become a major topic in the development of higher vocational education . In particular , governments at various levels , such as the autonomous region and the Wuhai city , should strengthen the regulation of employment policies , give full play to the government ' s advantages , strengthen the management and guidance of the employment of students in higher vocational colleges , emphasize the social management function of the government , continuously improve the service water for the employment of higher vocational students , and increase the economic input and support to higher vocational education .
As the technical college of Wuhai Vocational and Technical College , which trains skilled talents , it must accurately position , work hard , guide the employment and social needs , form the high vocational colleges with distinctive characteristics of running school , continuously deepen the teaching reform of education , improve the quality of higher vocational education , strengthen the employment guidance for higher vocational students , open up a variety of employment channels , strengthen the cooperation of school and enterprise , and improve the employment competitiveness of students ;
Social - employing units should set up their posts scientifically , do not blindly climb , eliminate employment discrimination against students in higher vocational colleges , seek to introduce and select talents effectively , and effectively open employment avenues for higher vocational students ;
As a higher vocational student , the students themselves should look at themselves and establish the correct concept of employment . From the entry into higher vocational colleges , we must know their future career planning , don ' t be too ambitious , to change the employment concept in a timely manner , to strengthen the theoretical study , to improve the practical ability , to improve the practical ability , to improve their quality and to increase the employment weight .
