高职学生学业不良影响因素研究

【摘要】:随着我国科教兴国和人才强国战略的全面实施,,高等职业教育凭借着教育大众化和扩招的“东风”,以前所未有的规模迅猛发展。高职院校招生规模的逐年扩大,也因为生源质量的差异,学生的素质差别较大,衍生出各种教育问题。高职学生学业质量下降问题的再一次凸显,呼吁着广大教育者应根据新时期的教育趋势和特点去重新把握“学业不良”这个命题。 学业不良是指学业成绩未能达到教育规定的及格标准。国内外学者对学业不良问题的研究大致上经历了医疗和临床研究阶段、进入学校系统阶段和多样化研究阶段,期间大量对该问题的定义、产生的条件以及相关的预防转化的研究成果被一次次的巩固和深化。 本文可分为两大部分。第一部分包括导言和第一章,为本文做好铺垫。第二部分由第二章、第三章和第四章构成。导言部分介绍了问题研究的背景、选题依据和研究方法。第一章对国内外学业不良研究进行了梳理,并对学业不良概念进行了理论阐释。第二部分通过问卷调查和结果分析梳理出影响高职学生学业不良的主次要原因,以及通过对它们的深入探讨,提出解决问题的相关对策。 引起学业不良问题的原因较多,本文主要集中分析学生自身因素和学校教育因素这两个方面。另外,高职学生学业不良问题本身非常复杂,要从根本上得以解决,仍需要多方面的配合和转化。
[Abstract]:With the full implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country with talent, higher vocational education is developing rapidly on an unprecedented scale by virtue of the popularization of education and the "Dongfeng" of enrollment expansion. The enrollment scale of higher vocational colleges expands year by year, but also because of the difference of students' quality, the difference of students' quality is great, which gives rise to all kinds of educational problems. The decline of the academic quality of higher vocational students once again highlights, calling on the majority of educators to re-grasp the proposition of "academic disability" according to the educational trend and characteristics of the new period. Academic disability refers to the failure of academic achievement to meet the passing standard stipulated in education. Scholars at home and abroad have generally experienced medical and clinical research, school system and diversification studies, during which a large number of definitions of the problem have been made. Production conditions and related prevention and transformation of research results have been consolidated and deepened over and over again. This paper can be divided into two parts. The first part includes the introduction and the first chapter. The second part consists of the second chapter, the third chapter and the fourth chapter. The introduction introduces the background, the basis and the research method of the research. The first chapter combs the study of academic disability at home and abroad, and explains the concept of academic disability theoretically. The second part combs out the main and secondary causes that affect the students' academic disability through questionnaire and result analysis, and puts forward the relevant countermeasures to solve the problems through the in-depth discussion of them. There are many reasons for the problem. This paper focuses on the analysis of students' own factors and school education factors. In addition, the problem of academic disability of higher vocational students itself is very complex, to be fundamentally solved, still need to cooperate and transform in many aspects.
