经济新常态下职业教育内涵建设路径

【摘要】：近年来,我国经济发展逐渐步入新常态,而职业教育与社会经济发展存在紧密的联系,因此,经济新常态必然会推进职业教育发展。但目前职业教育仍面临"教育质量亟待提高,教育体制机制不合理,师资力量不足,学校、政府、市场间协同关系错位"等困境。要想让职业教育内涵得到发展提升,需要通过"大力提高职业教育质量,深化改革职业教育机构的机制与体制,职业院校内部管理和教学质量评价两手抓,学校、政府和市场间协同关系的促进和调整"等途径来实现这一目标。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's economic development has gradually entered the new normal, and there is a close relationship between vocational education and social economic development. Therefore, the new normal economic development will inevitably promote the development of vocational education. But at present, vocational education is still faced with the dilemma of "the quality of education needs to be improved urgently, the educational system mechanism is unreasonable, the teacher strength is insufficient, the school, the government, the market are misplaced" and so on. In order to develop and upgrade the connotation of vocational education, it is necessary to improve the quality of vocational education, deepen the reform of the mechanism and system of vocational education institutions, and pay close attention to both internal management and evaluation of teaching quality in vocational colleges and universities. The promotion and adjustment of the synergetic relationship between the government and the market, and other ways to achieve this goal.
