航海类高职学生工匠精神培育的路径探索

【摘要】：工匠精神是职业教育立德树人的灵魂,是职业教育文化软实力的体现,是受教育者的核心素养。船员工匠精神,包括敢于颠覆传统的创新精神,追求卓越的钻研精神,忘我工作的敬业精神。航海类高职学生工匠精神的培养需要结合船员工匠精神的内涵,从完善现代职业教育体系,推进产教融合、校企合作,加强职业院校文化软实力建设,提高师资的"工匠精神"等维度进行。
[Abstract]:Craftsman's spirit is the soul of vocational education, the embodiment of soft power of vocational education culture, and the core accomplishment of educatee. Crew craftsman spirit, including the courage to subvert the traditional spirit of innovation, the pursuit of excellence in the spirit of research, dedication to work. The cultivation of the craftsman spirit of the students in higher vocational navigation should combine the connotation of the craftsman spirit of the crew, improve the modern vocational education system, promote the integration of industry and education, cooperate with schools and enterprises, and strengthen the construction of cultural soft power in vocational colleges and universities. Improve the teacher's "craftsman spirit" and other dimensions.
