幸福教育:经济发达地区职业教育的核心价值追求

【摘要】:由于学生生活条件优越、学生职业期待的"非生存化"、家长要求和期待的"非经济化"等原因所致,经济发达地区职业教育在核心人性诉求上有别于内地经济欠发达地区职业教育,学生的幸福人性诉求构成了该区域职业教育首要面临和解答的问题。为此,该区域的职业院校应该认清问题实质,以幸福教育作为其核心价值追求,适时调整教育理念和实践措施,最终从根本上提高人才培养的质量,实现该区域职业教育的长远、稳定发展。
[Abstract]:As a result of the superior living conditions of students, the "non-existence" of students' professional expectations, and the "non-economic" expectations of parents, Vocational education in the economically developed areas is different from the vocational education in the economically underdeveloped areas in terms of core human demands. The students' happy human demands constitute the primary problems faced and answered by the vocational education in this region. Therefore, vocational colleges and universities in this region should recognize the essence of the problem, take happiness education as their core value pursuit, adjust their educational ideas and practical measures at the right time, and ultimately improve the quality of talent training fundamentally. To realize the long-term and stable development of vocational education in the region.
