现代职业技术教育教学方法体系的构建研究

【摘要】:构建现代职业技术教育教学方法体系无论对提高职业技术教育教学质量,还是丰富现代职业技术教育教学理论都有着重要意义。文章运用文献研究和调查研究的方法,通过对职业技术教育教学方法体系研究现状的综合分析和对职业院校师生的抽样调查,发现目前在理论上对职业技术教育教学方法体系的研究不但成果少而且研究的广度和深度都不足,科学的、公认的现代职业技术教育教学方法体系还没有建立起来;在实践上,大部分教师反映职业技术教育教学方法的选择比较困难,教学中仍然以传统的讲授法占据课堂的主要地位,符合职业技术教育特点的教学模式和教学方法还没有广泛应用,多数学生反映教师教学方法单一,在校学习收获不大,期望教师改革教学方法,培养自主学习能力。 文章以系统论、知识论、工作过程论、学习论和多元智能等理论为依据,研究了现代职业技术教育教学方法体系构建的路径、指导思想、依据以及现代职业技术教育教学方法体系的结构、内容和运用,提出根据职业技术教育的特点,以综合职业能力为取向,以学生为中心为指导思想,以教学方法的层次理论为依据,构建现代职业技术教育教学方法体系。文章将现代职业技术教育教学方法体系分为一般性教学方法和职业能力培养两大系统,初步构建了现代职业技术教育教学方法体系,并对现代职业技术教育教学方法体系的保障与运用作了初步研究。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to construct the teaching method system of modern vocational and technical education to improve the quality of vocational and technical education and to enrich the teaching theory of modern vocational and technical education. This paper applies the methods of literature research and investigation, through the comprehensive analysis of the present situation of the research on the teaching method system of vocational and technical education and the sample investigation of the teachers and students in vocational colleges and universities. It is found that the current theoretical research on the teaching method system of vocational and technical education is not only few, but also the breadth and depth of the research are insufficient. The scientific and recognized teaching method system of modern vocational and technical education has not been established; in practice, Most teachers reflect that it is difficult to choose the teaching methods of vocational and technical education. The traditional teaching method still occupies the main position in the classroom. The teaching mode and teaching method which accord with the characteristics of vocational and technical education have not been widely used. Most students reflect that the teaching method of teachers is single and the achievements in school learning are not great. They expect teachers to reform their teaching methods and cultivate their autonomous learning ability. Based on the theories of system theory, knowledge theory, work process theory, learning theory and multiple intelligences, this paper studies the path and guiding ideology of constructing the teaching method system of modern vocational and technical education. According to the structure, content and application of the teaching method system of modern vocational and technical education, this paper puts forward that, according to the characteristics of vocational and technical education, the comprehensive vocational ability is the orientation and the student is the center. Based on the hierarchy theory of teaching method, the teaching method system of modern vocational and technical education is constructed. In this paper, the teaching method system of modern vocational and technical education is divided into two systems: general teaching method and vocational ability training, and the teaching method system of modern vocational and technical education is preliminarily constructed. The guarantee and application of teaching method system of modern vocational and technical education are studied.
