【摘要】：正许多年前,听到过这样一个故事:某教育研究所的负责人跑到领导那里讨要办公经费,领导甚是不悦,对所长大加指责,认为钱应该用在刀刃上,研究所这样可有可无的地方还不在考虑之列。所长听后,仅用一句话进行了反驳:养猪的猪场还要有一个养猪研究所,难道培养人的学校不应该有一个研究机构好好研究一下人的成长规律吗?领导闻听此言,竟一时语塞,随即签字放款。故事虽然很简单,但每每想起来总让人五味杂陈。无独有偶,日前,在浙江杭州举行的"中国高等
