建立教师企业实践流动站制度架构与可行性分析

【摘要】:定期到企业实践是职业院校教师提升专业技能的必要途径。制约我国教师企业实践的主要障碍是法律制度、工作机制、条件保障和供需矛盾,建立教师企业实践流动站制度为突破这些瓶颈提供了一条新路子。文章对企业实践流动站的功能定位、制度可行性和政策框架进行了系统研究分析,开展政策制度框架顶层设计和路径规划,旨在探讨解决职业院校或高校工程类教师企业实践、促进校企深度合作和产教深度融合的制度性机制性难题。
[Abstract]:Regular practice is a necessary way for teachers in vocational colleges to improve their professional skills. The main obstacles to the practice of teacher enterprises in China are legal system, working mechanism, condition guarantee and contradiction between supply and demand. The establishment of teacher enterprise practice station system provides a new way to break through these bottlenecks. This paper makes a systematic research and analysis on the functional orientation, institutional feasibility and policy framework of the enterprise practical liquidity station, and develops the top-level design and path planning of the policy and institutional framework, in order to explore and solve the enterprise practice of engineering teachers in vocational colleges and universities. The institutional problems of promoting the deep cooperation between school and enterprise and the deep integration of industry and education.
