21世纪以来奥地利学徒制改革研究
[Abstract]:Apprenticeship is an important part of Austrian secondary vocational education system and an important field of Austrian vocational education reform and development. This paper focuses on the background and content of the reform of the apprenticeship system in Austria since the 21st century, and analyzes its characteristics and results. Finally, it draws some enlightenment to the reform and development of vocational education in China. This study consists of six parts: the first part is a review of the relevant literature on the Austrian apprenticeship system, the definition of the core concepts of this study, and clear the content structure of this study, research ideas and methods. The second part summarizes the national and vocational education system of Austria and emphasizes the position and function of the apprenticeship system in Austria. The third part mainly expounds the background and development stage of the Austrian apprenticeship system, and extends it to the 21st century along the historical development context. The background and goal of the Austrian apprenticeship system reform since the 21st century are emphatically discussed here. The fourth part mainly discusses the content of the Austrian apprenticeship system reform since the 21st century; the fifth part: the analysis of the characteristics and results of the Austrian apprenticeship system reform since the 21st century; the sixth part: the foothold of this study, This paper mainly discusses the enlightenment of the reform and development of Austrian apprenticeship system to our country.
