21世纪以来奥地利学徒制改革研究

【摘要】：学徒制是奥地利中等职业教育体系重要组成部分,是奥地利职业教育改革与发展的重要领域。本文以21世纪以来奥地利学徒制改革为研究对象,重点论述其改革的背景、改革的内容,并分析其改革的特点与成效,最后得出对我国职业教育的改革与发展的启示。本研究主要由六部分组成：第一部分,是对奥地利学徒制相关中外文献综述,对本研究的核心概念做出概念界定,并明确本研究的内容结构、研究思路和方法。第二部分：对奥地利国家和职业教育体系进行概括,重点交代奥地利学徒制在其整个教育体系中所占的位置与作用。第三部分：主要是阐述奥地利学徒制的产生背景和发展阶段,并沿着历史的发展脉络引申到21世纪,在此着重论述21世纪以来奥地利学徒制改革的背景与目标。第四部分：主要论述21世纪以来奥地利学徒制改革的内容；第五部分：重点对21世纪以来奥地利学徒制改革的特点与成效进行分析；第六部分：为本研究的落脚点,即重点论述奥地利学徒制的改革与发展对我国的启示。
[Abstract]:Apprenticeship is an important part of Austrian secondary vocational education system and an important field of Austrian vocational education reform and development. This paper focuses on the background and content of the reform of the apprenticeship system in Austria since the 21st century, and analyzes its characteristics and results. Finally, it draws some enlightenment to the reform and development of vocational education in China. This study consists of six parts: the first part is a review of the relevant literature on the Austrian apprenticeship system, the definition of the core concepts of this study, and clear the content structure of this study, research ideas and methods. The second part summarizes the national and vocational education system of Austria and emphasizes the position and function of the apprenticeship system in Austria. The third part mainly expounds the background and development stage of the Austrian apprenticeship system, and extends it to the 21st century along the historical development context. The background and goal of the Austrian apprenticeship system reform since the 21st century are emphatically discussed here. The fourth part mainly discusses the content of the Austrian apprenticeship system reform since the 21st century; the fifth part: the analysis of the characteristics and results of the Austrian apprenticeship system reform since the 21st century; the sixth part: the foothold of this study, This paper mainly discusses the enlightenment of the reform and development of Austrian apprenticeship system to our country.
