高职院校学生自治研究

【摘要】:随着大众化教育的不断深化,我国高等职业教育发展规模越来越大,高等职业教育培养出的大批高素质技能型人才为我国经济的发展起着非常重要的作用,而有调查表明,高职院校培养的人才素质并不能满足社会的需求,尤其在社会能力,职业态度和素养、团队合作等方面。为此,本文基于此问题,提出高职院校学生自治研究。但现阶段高职院校学生管理存在管理模式滞后、管理队伍缺乏专业化和职业化、学生自治组织趋向被动等问题,不利于学生发展,因而学生管理需要改革,而改革的取向为学生自治。这是因为学生自治运用于学生管理改革中有着非常重要的意义和作用。 通过对高职院校学生自治组织的研究,即后勤社会化背景下学生公寓自管会建设、基于需求的自治组织建设、基于自主学习的专业技能型社团建设三个方面,高职院校学生自治处于萌芽状态。如要发展高职院校学生自治需参照成功的学生自治做法。中华职业学校学生自治的成功堪称理想型学生自治,它为当代高职院校学生自治提供模版。对中华职业学校学生自治的剖析,理想型学生自治具有全校学生人人参与、教师指导、明确训练内容、循序渐进原则、组织结构清晰、责权分明等特征。现阶段高职院校需遵循学生自治发展的特点实施学生自治。提出发展高职院校学生自治首先需突破管理制度的障碍,按照规律实施发展步骤,最后提出从立规矩、明责任及分阶段训练三个步骤发展高职院校学生自治。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of popular education, the development scale of higher vocational education in China is becoming larger and larger. A large number of high quality skilled personnel trained in higher vocational education play a very important role in the economic development of our country. The quality of talents cultivated in higher vocational colleges can not meet the needs of the society, especially in the aspects of social ability, professional attitude and accomplishment, teamwork and so on. Therefore, based on this problem, this paper puts forward the research of student autonomy in higher vocational colleges. However, at the present stage, the students' management in higher vocational colleges lags behind, the management team lacks specialization and professionalization, and the students' autonomous organization tends to be passive, which is not conducive to the development of students, so student management needs to be reformed. The orientation of the reform is student autonomy. This is because the application of student autonomy in student management reform has a very important significance and role. Through the research of student autonomy organization in higher vocational colleges, there are three aspects: the construction of student apartment self-management committee under the background of socialization of logistics, the construction of autonomous organization based on demand, and the construction of professional skill association based on independent learning. Student autonomy in higher vocational colleges is in its infancy. If we want to develop student autonomy in higher vocational colleges, we should refer to successful student autonomy. The success of student autonomy in Chinese vocational schools can be regarded as ideal student autonomy, which provides a template for student autonomy in modern vocational colleges. An analysis of student autonomy in Chinese vocational schools shows that ideal student autonomy has the characteristics of participation of all students, guidance of teachers, clear training content, progressive principle, clear organizational structure, clear responsibility and power, and so on. At present, higher vocational colleges should follow the characteristics of student autonomy development to implement student autonomy. The author puts forward that the first step to develop student autonomy in higher vocational colleges is to break through the obstacles of management system, to carry out the development steps according to the law, and finally to develop student autonomy in higher vocational colleges through three steps: establishing rules, clarifying responsibility and training in stages.
