基于性格优势的高职生积极发展策略探究

【摘要】:性格优势和积极发展是积极心理学的重要概念,二者既相互区别又相互联系:积极发展以性格优势为基础,性格优势又促进个体的积极发展。调研发现,目前高职生在"心灵"优势上的得分高于"头脑"优势,爱与被爱、真诚、公平和团结合作是高职生的显著性格优势。促进高职生积极发展可采取的策略有:鼓励学生明确并运用自身的标志性性格优势;制定基于性格优势的课堂教学、活动参与和学生评价方案;充分发挥积极施动者的作用,重视同伴影响和建立稳定的社会支持系统等。
[Abstract]:Personality advantage and positive development are important concepts of positive psychology. They are different from each other and interrelated: positive development is based on personality advantage and personality advantage promotes the positive development of individuals. It is found that the scores of higher vocational college students in "mind" advantage are higher than that in "brain" advantage. Love and being loved, sincerity, fairness and unity and cooperation are the significant personality advantages of vocational college students. The strategies that can be adopted to promote the positive development of higher vocational college students include: encouraging students to make clear and use their own signature personality advantages; formulating classroom teaching, activity participation and student evaluation programs based on personality advantages; giving full play to the role of active actors. Attention should be paid to peer influence and the establishment of stable social support systems.
