高职学生工匠精神的价值意蕴、内化图式及实现路径

【摘要】:培育高职学生工匠精神对实现经济发展方式转型和产业结构升级、推动高职院校稳健持续发展、促进学生成长成才有着十分重要的意义。高职学生"工匠精神"的内化图式是通过教育与教化,促进高职学生认知、理解、认同"工匠精神",并经过实践转化为自己的内在精神力量的一系列过程,包含认识理解、认同接受、形成信念三个阶段。培育高职学生"工匠精神"是一项系统工程,要以"工学结合"作为有效人才培养模式,发挥课堂教学的主要渠道作用,创新实训实习方式,提升校园文化育人功能,促进学生全面发展,为供给侧结构性改革、实施创新驱动发展战略提供高素质技术技能型人才。
[Abstract]:Cultivating the craftsman spirit of higher vocational students is of great significance to realize the transformation of economic development mode and upgrade of industrial structure, to promote the steady and sustainable development of higher vocational colleges and to promote students to grow and become talents. The internalization schema of "craftsman's spirit" of higher vocational students is a series of processes, including understanding and understanding, which promote students' cognition, understand and identify with "craftsman's spirit" through education and education, and are transformed into their own inner spiritual power through practice. There are three stages of acceptance and belief. It is a systematic project to cultivate the craftsman spirit of higher vocational college students. It is necessary to take "combination of work and study" as an effective talent training mode, give full play to the main role of classroom teaching, innovate the practice mode of practical training, and promote the function of educating people in campus culture. To promote the all-round development of students, to provide high-quality technical talents for supply-side structural reform and innovation-driven development strategy.
