中等职业学校文化课有效教学:现状与策略

【摘要】:有效教学的思想由来已久,人们为了达到理想的教学效果进行着孜孜不倦的追求,长久以来这一思想受到众多学者的关注,,也是当今教育领域中的热点问题。本论文以现存中等职业学校文化课课堂的现状为对象,采用问卷调查法和访谈法开展研究,研究发现,现存的中等职业学校文化课教学整体还存在着低效的情况,而且在教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学组织形式、教学评价等几个方面有着缺陷,针对存在着的不足,研究者提出了相应的策略和建议。全文分为四个部分。 第一部分,从宏观和微观的视域来阐述了课题研究的背景和时代意义,并提出本研究的思路、方法以及研究对象和理论基础。 第二部分,对有效教学的相关的概念进行界定。其中包括职业学校、中等职业学校、文化课、中等职业学校文化课、有效教学的概念以及与无效教学,并且论述了有效教学、低效教学、无效教学和负效教学之间的区别。对有效教学研究的国内外成果进行论述。 第三部分,主要是论文数据的分析部分,研究者把文化课课堂教学分为教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学组织形式、教学评价等几个方面,并对教师在这几方面的教学的现状进行调查、分析,发现现存的教学存在着低效教学。 第四部分,针对中等职业学校课堂存在的低效教学的现象,结合中职文化课的特征,研究者提出在教学目标设计、教学内容选择、教学方法使用、课堂组织方式、教学评价选择等方面制定相应的策略,以提高文化课课堂教学的有效性。
[Abstract]:The idea of effective teaching has a long history and people are pursuing the ideal teaching effect. For a long time this thought has been concerned by many scholars and is also a hot issue in the field of education. This thesis takes the present situation of culture class in secondary vocational school as the object, carries out the research by questionnaire and interview, and finds that the teaching of culture course in the existing secondary vocational school is still inefficient. Moreover, there are some defects in teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching organization forms, teaching evaluation and so on. In view of the shortcomings, the researcher puts forward some corresponding strategies and suggestions. The full text is divided into four parts. The first part expounds the background and significance of the research from the macro and micro perspectives, and puts forward the ideas, methods, research objects and theoretical basis of this study. The second part defines the related concepts of effective teaching. It includes vocational school, secondary vocational school, culture course, culture course of secondary vocational school, the concept of effective teaching and the difference between effective teaching, inefficient teaching, ineffective teaching and negative teaching. The domestic and foreign achievements of effective teaching research are discussed. The third part, the analysis part of the paper data, the researcher divides the culture class teaching into the teaching goal, the teaching content, the teaching method, the teaching organization form, the teaching evaluation and so on. By investigating and analyzing the present situation of teachers' teaching in these aspects, it is found that there are inefficient teaching in the existing teaching. The fourth part, aiming at the phenomenon of inefficient teaching in secondary vocational school classroom, combining the characteristics of secondary vocational school culture course, the researcher puts forward the teaching goal design, the choice of teaching content, the use of teaching method, the classroom organization mode. In order to improve the effectiveness of culture class teaching, we should formulate the corresponding strategies in teaching evaluation and selection.
