澳大利亚职业教育校企合作保障机制研究

【摘要】：校企合作是当今世界职业教育发展的必然趋势。以能力为本位、市场需求为导向的职业技术教育校企合作是社会各界协同办理教育事业、促进经济发展的双赢实践活动。澳大利亚作为发达的资本主义国家,其职业教育对经济发展的促进作用不容忽视,在令世界瞩目的职业教育发展的背后是澳大利亚社会各界共同努力建立的校企合作保障机制。正是完善的保障机制及其有序的运行给澳大利亚职业教育校企合作增添了无穷的动力。澳大利亚校企合作保障机制从初建到建立健全既有值得我们借鉴的特点,也有引人深思的问题。我们应该更多地取其精华去其糟粕,构建本土化的校企合作保障机制。 本研究主要通过概述澳大利亚校企合作保障机制构建的渊源,了解澳大利亚校企合作保障机制建构的历史背景,通过对机制内部各要素及其之间的关系进行分析,探索该机制运行的原理,并总结其特点和成效,同时分析我国借鉴澳大利亚校企合作保障机制的土壤环境,为我国构建顺应时代发展的职业教育校企合作保障机制提出合理建议。 本研究共分为五个主要部分： 导论部分：论述本研究的缘起、文献综述、研究思路等。 第一部分：主要概括追溯了澳大利亚职业教育的发展和校企合作的渊源,以及伴随着它的发展一步步构建起来的校企合作保障机制,陈述了该保障机制的现状及存在的问题。 第二部分：具体分析了澳大利亚校企合作保障机制的管理机构、政策法规以及经费投入这三大构成要素及校企合作参与主体的角色,并且探究了校企合作保障机制运行的原理。 第三部分：通过前一部分的分析,总结了澳大利亚职业教育校企合作保障机制的主要特点,以及在该机制的保障运行下澳大利亚校企合作取得的成效。 第四部分：与澳大利亚相比较,按照它的校企合作保障机制的构成和运行分析了我国校企合作保障机制的现状、存在的困境,并针对主要问题提出构建本土化保障机制的途径。
[Abstract]:School-enterprise cooperation is the inevitable trend of the development of vocational education in the world. The cooperation of vocational and technical education schools and enterprises based on ability and market demand is a win-win practical activity for all sectors of society to cooperate in educational undertakings and promote economic development. As a developed capitalist country, the role of vocational education in promoting economic development can not be ignored. Behind the development of vocational education, which attracts the attention of the world, is the mechanism of cooperation between schools and enterprises established by all circles of Australian society. It is the perfect safeguard mechanism and its orderly operation that add infinite impetus to the cooperation of Australian vocational education schools and enterprises. Australian school-enterprise cooperation security mechanism from the beginning to the establishment of sound not only worthy of our reference characteristics, but also thought-provoking problems. We should take more of its essence to get rid of the dregs, and build a local school-enterprise cooperation security mechanism. This research mainly through the summary Australian school enterprise cooperation safeguard mechanism construction origin, understands the Australian school enterprise cooperation safeguard mechanism construction historical background, through carries on the analysis to the mechanism internal each essential factor and the relations between, This paper explores the principle of the mechanism, summarizes its characteristics and results, and analyzes the soil environment of the cooperation guarantee mechanism between schools and enterprises in Australia. This paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for China to construct the guarantee mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education in accordance with the development of the times. This study is divided into five main parts: introduction: the origin of this study, literature review, research ideas. The first part mainly summarizes the origin of the development of vocational education and the cooperation between schools and enterprises in Australia, and describes the current situation and existing problems of the security mechanism, which is constructed step by step with the development of vocational education in Australia. The second part: analyzes the management organization, the policies and regulations and the fund input of the cooperation guarantee mechanism of the school and enterprise in Australia, and the role of the main body of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise, and probes into the principle of the operation of the mechanism of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise. The third part: through the analysis of the former part, it summarizes the main characteristics of the cooperation mechanism of Australian vocational education, and the effect of the cooperation between Australian schools and enterprises under the guarantee of this mechanism. The fourth part: compared with Australia, according to the composition and operation of its school-enterprise cooperation guarantee mechanism, this paper analyzes the present situation and difficulties of the school-enterprise cooperation guarantee mechanism in our country, and puts forward the ways to construct the localization guarantee mechanism in view of the main problems.
