欧盟职业教育企业培训师专业发展途径探析

【摘要】：高质量的师资队伍是确保欧洲职业教育和培训质量的关键因素。其中,企业培训师作为欧盟职业教育与培训体系的组成部分,在推动欧洲学徒制发展中发挥着重要作用。近年来,提高培训师专业发展能力已成为欧盟职业教育政策议程中的重要议题,各成员国积极探索企业培训师专业发展策略,通过多种渠道拓宽培训途径,促使培训形式多样化,取得了显著效果,但同时在培训细则、培训内容以及培训参与度等方面尚存在有待改进的地方。企业培训师专业发展将立足于全面提高企业培训师的综合素质和保障培训项目的顺利实施作为改革方向。
[Abstract]:A high-quality faculty is a key factor in ensuring the quality of vocational education and training in Europe. As part of the European Union's vocational education and training system, enterprise trainers play an important role in promoting the development of European apprenticeship system. In recent years, improving the professional development ability of trainers has become an important issue on the EU vocational education policy agenda. Member countries actively explore the professional development strategies of enterprise trainers and broaden the training channels through various channels. The diversification of training forms has achieved remarkable results, but at the same time, there are still some areas to be improved in terms of training rules, training contents and training participation. The professional development of enterprise trainers will be based on the overall improvement of the overall quality of enterprise trainers and guarantee the smooth implementation of training projects as the direction of reform.
