现代学徒制下“双导师”选拔和培育机制研究

【摘要】:"双导师"师资队伍建设是推动现代学徒制有效发展、提高职业教育质量的重要因素。目前,高职院校师资队伍存在的问题与现实困境阻碍了"双导师"师资队伍建设。在诠释现代学徒制下"双导师"内涵的基础上,借鉴发达国家职教师资培养的经验,从政府、学校、企业三个层面构建"双导师"的培育、选拔、保障机制,有利于吸收更多、更优秀的人才投身于职教事业,促进人才培养质量的提升。
[Abstract]:The construction of double tutors is an important factor to promote the effective development of modern apprenticeship system and to improve the quality of vocational education. At present, the problems and practical difficulties of teachers in higher vocational colleges hinder the construction of double tutors. On the basis of explaining the connotation of "double tutors" under the modern apprenticeship system, drawing lessons from the experience of vocational education teachers training in developed countries, and constructing the cultivation, selection and guarantee mechanism of "double tutors" from three levels of government, school and enterprise, it is beneficial to absorb more. More outstanding talents devote themselves to vocational education, and promote the quality of talent training.
