论职业教育的尊严

【摘要】:职业教育的尊严指职业教育社会地位的实现及其身份角色认同。当前职业教育尊严缺失主要表现在吸引力不足、社会认可度不高及薪资待遇低等。究其原因,主要是"学而优则仕"的传统价值取向影响、长期历史发展积累薄弱以及当前职业教育功能定位及其实现不尽如意、职业教育体系尚未形成等。职业教育尊严主要来源于自身竞争力的强大与社会主流价值的认同,由此,不仅需要社会文化建设进行正确价值导向、国家政策系统支持及相应制度安排,同时,还需要职业教育在保障办学自主权的基础上,积极深化改革加强内涵建设,不断提升自身吸引力、竞争力、影响力,最终实现职业教育尊严存在。
[Abstract]:The dignity of vocational education refers to the realization of social status of vocational education and its identity. At present, the lack of dignity in vocational education is mainly reflected in lack of attraction, low social recognition and low salary and so on. The main reasons are the influence of the traditional value orientation of "learning but the best is the official", the weakness of the accumulation of long-term historical development, the unsatisfactory function orientation and realization of the current vocational education, and so on. The vocational education system has not yet been formed. The dignity of vocational education is mainly derived from the strong competitiveness of its own and the recognition of the mainstream value of society. Therefore, it not only needs the correct value orientation of social culture construction, the support of national policy system and the corresponding system arrangement, but also the corresponding system arrangement, at the same time, On the basis of ensuring the autonomy of running a school, vocational education should actively deepen the reform and strengthen the connotation construction, constantly enhance its own attraction, competitiveness, influence, and finally realize the dignity of vocational education.
