澳中“两种”高职学院教师培养、任职、培训比较研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, higher vocational education in our country has developed rapidly and has made great achievements, but at the same time, it has exposed many problems. Many of the problems are directly related to the construction of teachers in higher vocational education in China. The Australian TAFE College enjoys a high reputation in the world and has made outstanding achievements in cultivating high-quality talents for the Australian society. The root of its success is closely related to the construction of high-quality teachers. This paper studies the experience of teaching staff construction of TAFE College in Australia and combines with the actual situation of teachers' team construction in higher vocational education in our country, which provides useful reference for the construction of teachers' team in higher vocational education in our country. The full text is divided into five parts: the first part, introduction. This paper mainly introduces the reason of choosing the topic, the purpose and significance of the research, the definition of the core concept, the literature review, the main contents of the research and the basic research methods. The second part, Australia and China, "two kinds" higher vocational college teacher training comparison. This paper mainly studies the training objectives, training models and different characteristics of the "two kinds of" higher vocational college teachers in Australia and China, and finally compares the "two kinds of" teacher training in higher vocational colleges. The third part, Australian and Chinese "two kinds" higher vocational college teacher structure, the post qualification and the employment comparison. This paper mainly studies the different teacher structure, the standard of teacher qualification and the different characteristics of teacher selection and employment in the "two kinds of" higher vocational colleges in Australia and China. Finally, it compares the teacher structure, the qualification and the employment of the "two kinds of" higher vocational colleges. The fourth part, Australia and China "two kinds" higher vocational college teacher training comparison. This paper mainly studies the different teacher training institutions, training contents and training methods of "two kinds of higher vocational colleges", and finally compares the teacher training of "two kinds of" higher vocational colleges. The fifth part, the research conclusion and enlightenment. This paper draws a conclusion by comparing the teaching staff of Australia and China, and puts forward some enlightenment for the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges in China.
