基于场动力学的高职院校教师领导力生成机制研究

【摘要】:教师领导力是影响高职院校教师专业发展和职业成长的重要因素,对于高职院校的课程教学、学校管理、人才培养、科研活动等具有重要意义。但是学术界对高职院校教师领导力问题关注甚少,很少有学者从勒温场动力理论出发研究高职院校教师领导力问题,这些影响了高职教师领导力培养和生成。本文以勒温场动力理论为理论依据,运用场动力公式和场动力模型分析了高职教师领导力生成的动力因素,探究了高职教师领导力生成机制的建设路径。
[Abstract]:Teacher leadership is an important factor affecting the professional development and professional growth of teachers in higher vocational colleges. It is of great significance to curriculum teaching, school management, talent training and scientific research activities in higher vocational colleges. However, the academic circles pay little attention to the problem of teachers' leadership in higher vocational colleges, and few scholars study the problem of teachers' leadership in higher vocational colleges from the theory of dynamic theory of temperature field, which affects the cultivation and generation of teachers' leadership in higher vocational colleges. Based on the theory of temperature field dynamics, this paper analyzes the dynamic factors of higher vocational teachers' leadership generation by using field dynamic formula and field dynamic model, and probes into the construction path of higher vocational teachers' leadership generation mechanism.
