高职院校实训基地建设中的“双主体”矛盾分析

【摘要】:自2004年教育部和财政部投入专项资金、启动职业教育实训基地建设计划以来,高职实训基地建设进入了一个快速发展的上升期。高职院校实训基地的校企合作关系也经历了由"政府主体""学校主体""多元主体"到当前的"双主体"建设模式的转变。在"双主体"实训基地建设过程中,由于校企双方在实训基地建设的利益目标、文化背景上的差异,使得两者的主体性发挥有所差异。
[Abstract]:Since the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance invested special funds to start the construction plan of vocational education training base in 2004, the construction of vocational training base has entered a period of rapid development and promotion. The cooperative relationship between colleges and enterprises in the practical training base of higher vocational colleges has also undergone the transformation from "government subject" school subject "and" multiple subject "to the current construction mode of" double subject ". In the course of the construction of the training base of "double subjects", there are some differences in the subjectivity between the two sides because of the differences in the interests and cultural background of the two sides in the construction of the training base.
