中职生职业价值观教育研究

【摘要】:目前,我国的职业教育已被列为重要的发展战略之一。虽然中等职业教育在我国已经发展了二十多年,但在人才竞争日益激烈的今天,目前的就业形势对于中等职业学校的学生而言是非常严峻的。为了解决中职生低学历以及“结构性失业”给他们就业所带来的困扰,学校帮助中职生正确择业、顺利就业、积极创业,使他们树立正确的职业价值观,更好地了解自身,了解自己未来所要从事职业的特点,做好人生职业生涯规划,,使自己的个人价值和社会价值相统一。所以,对中职生进行职业价值观教育已经迫在眉睫。 本文对中职生职业价值观以及相关问题进行了理论界定,在剖析了中职生的基本概念与特征以及中职生职业价值观特点的基础上,进行调查问卷分析,找出中职生职业价值观存在的问题。另外,就业现状作为职业价值观的一种外在表现,也反映出中职生职业价值观存在的问题。反映出来的中职生职业价值观的问题主要是中职生职业理想随意,职业选择盲目,职业生涯规划缺乏。解决上述问题的途径主要是结合职业学校特点,对学生进行职业价值观教育;利用德育课堂优势,培养中职生职业意识;针对学生不同学习阶段,进行职业生涯规划教育以及通过心理辅导,克服中职生的不良心理和情绪。
[Abstract]:At present, vocational education in China has been listed as one of the important development strategies. Although secondary vocational education has been developed for more than 20 years in our country, the current employment situation is very severe for the students of secondary vocational schools. In order to solve the problems caused by the low academic qualifications of secondary vocational school students and the "structural unemployment", the school helps the secondary vocational school students to choose a job correctly, get a smooth job, actively start a business, so that they can set up correct professional values and better understand themselves. To understand the characteristics of their future career, make a good career planning, make their own personal value and social value. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out vocational value education for secondary vocational students. Based on the analysis of the basic concepts and characteristics of vocational school students and the characteristics of vocational values of secondary vocational students, this paper makes a questionnaire analysis on the vocational values of secondary vocational school students and related problems. Find out the problems existing in vocational values of secondary vocational school students. In addition, the present situation of employment as an external expression of vocational values also reflects the problems of vocational values of secondary vocational students. The problems reflected in the vocational values of secondary vocational students are that vocational ideal of secondary vocational students is arbitrary, the choice of occupation is blind, and the career planning is lacking. The main ways to solve the above problems are to carry out vocational value education for students in combination with the characteristics of vocational schools, to cultivate vocational consciousness of secondary vocational students by using the advantages of moral education classroom. In view of the students' different learning stages, we should carry out career planning education and overcome the bad psychology and emotion of the secondary vocational students through psychological counseling.
