价值转向与制度变革:2030中国职业教育发展软环境研究

【摘要】:正李政在《现代教育管理》2017年第5期中撰文,探究了职业教育软环境的内涵、结构与要素,分析了职业教育软环境建设的困境及其原因,提出了面向2030职业教育软环境建设的对策建议。联合国教科文组织发布的《教育2030行动框架》表明,职业教育在未来将强化"促进教育平等"与"助力全人发展"角色,并根据经济发展与产业变革规律,创新职业教育人才培养方式。面向2013年,我国职业教育发展硬环境的系统变革引发了对软环境的重新思考。
[Abstract]:Writing in the fifth term of Modern Education Management in 2017, Zheng Li Zheng probed into the connotation, structure and elements of soft environment of vocational education, and analyzed the predicament and reasons of the construction of soft environment of vocational education. The countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of soft environment in 2030 vocational education are put forward. The Framework for Action on Education 2030 issued by UNESCO shows that vocational education will strengthen the role of "promoting equality in education" and "promoting human development" in the future, and according to the laws of economic development and industrial change, To innovate the training way of vocational education talents. Facing to 2013, the systematic change of hard environment of vocational education development in our country has caused a reconsideration of soft environment.
