基于建立PDS的学前教育专业人才培养模式的探索与实践——以汕头职业技术学院学前教育专业为例

【摘要】:教师专业发展学校(PDS)是20世纪80年代中期,以中小学为基地,大学和中小学共同合作研究解决教育教学问题,从事教师教育,促进教师专业发展的学校,也是一种新型的教师培养模式。汕头职院学前教育专业人才培养借鉴该模式,开展了"学前教师人才培养模式的探索与实践——基于建立教师专业发展学校平台"省级教改项目的研究,并提出了实施基于建立PDS的学前教育专业人才培养模式的五个方面的路径。
[Abstract]:(PDS), a school of teacher professional development, is a school with primary and secondary schools as its base. Universities and primary and secondary schools work together to solve problems in education and teaching, engage in teacher education, and promote teachers' professional development. Is also a new type of teacher training model. Using this model for reference, Shantou Vocational College has carried out the exploration and practice of "pre-school teacher talent training model", which is based on the establishment of teacher professional development school platform "provincial educational reform project." The paper also puts forward five ways to carry out the training mode of preschool education talents based on the establishment of PDS.
