新形势下开展中职生班级管理工作的探究

【摘要】:班级,是学校的基本组成部分,也是学生生活学习的重要场所。班级管理工作,是班主任工作的首要任务,而中职学校的班级管理工作,则有着更为重要的意义。在中职学校中,良好的班级管理,有利于校园文化建设,有利于提高教师的专业素养,有利于提高学生的综合素质,有利于建立和谐的家校联系。中职学校教育的特殊性表现为学生整体素质偏低,学校又缺乏健全的管理机制,同时,教师队伍建设严重不足,学生生源参差不齐。因此,如何在新形势下有效开展中职生班级管理工作,是当前各个中职学校都需要面对的难点。本论文建立的基础是本人的工作经验及调查研究,特别是当前中职生班级管理的实践资料。目前中职生班级管理受社会、学校、教师、学生等多个维度的影响,在各个层面都存在诸多问题,表现为学校管理机制缺乏有效性,师资力量匮乏,学生学习生活习惯差等。本研究对此进行了全面深入的原因分析,明确提出了实施有效管理班集体的具体有效措施,加强学校、教师、学生三个维度的建设,提升中职生班级管理的工作方法。为体现工作方法的有效性,本论文分享了在教学教育实践中呈现出的典型而有代表性的经典案例。本文的研究,对提升中职生班级管理有着普遍而现实的指导意义,同时也可与同类中职学校的班级管理者共同交流学习。
[Abstract]:Class is the basic part of the school, but also an important place for students to live and study. Class management is the primary task of class teacher, and class management in secondary vocational school has more important significance. In secondary vocational schools, good class management is beneficial to the construction of campus culture, to the improvement of teachers' professional accomplishment, to the improvement of students' comprehensive quality and to the establishment of harmonious relationship between home and school. The particularity of secondary vocational school education is that the students' overall quality is on the low side, and the school lacks the perfect management mechanism. At the same time, the construction of teachers is seriously insufficient, and the student resources are not uniform. Therefore, how to effectively carry out the class management of secondary vocational school students under the new situation is a difficult point that each secondary vocational school needs to face at present. The foundation of this thesis is my work experience and investigation and research, especially the practical data of current secondary vocational school students' class management. At present, class management of secondary vocational school students is affected by many dimensions, such as society, school, teachers, students and so on. There are many problems in each level, such as the lack of effective school management mechanism, the lack of teachers, the poor habits of students' study and life, and so on. This research has carried on the thorough reason analysis to this, has proposed the concrete effective measure which implements the effective management class group, strengthens the school, the teacher, the student three dimensions construction, enhances the secondary vocational school student class management work method. In order to reflect the effectiveness of the working methods, this paper shares the typical and representative classic cases in the teaching and education practice. The research in this paper is of universal and practical significance to promote the class management of secondary vocational school students, and it can also communicate and learn with the class managers of the same secondary vocational school.
