基于“问题导向”的高职院校质量体系与诊改认识

【摘要】：当前高职院校实行内部质量体系构建与诊改需要回应的问题是:高职院校教学诊改能否避免止于理念、浮于概念、疏于机制、荒于控制、失于执行。而避免和解决问题的思路在于,一是要准确认识与构建质量体系,二是要将质量的文化管理与科学管理相结合。
[Abstract]:At present, the problems that need to be answered in the construction of internal quality system and consultation in higher vocational colleges are: whether the teaching consultation in higher vocational colleges can avoid the concept, float in the concept, neglect the mechanism, lack of control, and lose in the execution. The way to avoid and solve the problem lies in the following: one is to understand and construct the quality system accurately, the other is to combine the cultural management of quality with the scientific management.
