广西农业职业技术学院毕业生就业导向与实践研究

【摘要】:我国高等院校扩大招生以后,大学生就业形势日趋严峻,其中农业高职院校农类专业毕业生的就业形势尤为严峻。大学生的就业问题成为社会、政府、学校和毕业生关注的热点。本研究通过查阅资料,对国内外农业高职院校的就业导向与发展趋势进行了分析、比对,以广西农业职业技术学院为例,对毕业生培养质量、社会需求、毕业生择业价值观、学校对学生就业引导等问题进行调查和分析,得出以下研究结果。 1、大学毕业生就业难的客观原因,主要表现在毕业生人数较多,国家行政机关、国有企事业单位提供的岗位较少;部分专业设置与社会需求不够吻合,冷门专业需求量小;学生的培养规格与质量不符合用人单位的复合型人才的标准;城市与农村的供需不平衡等方面。 2、农业高职院校农类专业毕业生就业难的主观原因,主要是毕业生多考虑大城市的高收入、工作环境好的职业,一些农类专业毕业生宁愿跟上千应聘者竞争几个甚至是一个非农岗位,也不愿意到农村基层从事农业技术或管理方面的工作,或自主创业。这一原因造成了农类高职毕业生就业难,换岗频繁等就业质量不高等问题。 3、针对毕业生就业存在的问题,结合麦克思公司撰写的《广西农业职业技术学院社会需求与培养质量年度报告》,建议学校应根据社会需求,对课程设置和专业结构进行及时调整,加强实践教学环节,培养出 符合社会和市场需求的农业复合型人才。 4、借鉴国内外促进毕业生就业的经验,总结出农业高职毕业生就业引导的方法,给予大学生正确的就业指导,使在校大学生及早规划自己,将来能更好地实现自我价值。 5、结合调查结果,制定出《广西农业职业技术学院就业导向工作指南》。
[Abstract]:After the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities in China, the employment situation of college students is becoming more and more serious, especially the employment situation of agricultural graduates in higher vocational colleges. The employment of college students has become a hot spot in society, government, schools and graduates. In this study, the employment orientation and development trend of agricultural vocational colleges at home and abroad were analyzed and compared. Taking Guangxi Agricultural Vocational and Technical College as an example, the quality of graduates' training, the social needs, and the value of graduates' job selection were analyzed and compared with those of Guangxi Agricultural Vocational and Technical College. School to student employment guidance and other issues of investigation and analysis, obtained the following research results. 1. The objective reasons for the difficulty in employment of college graduates are as follows: the number of graduates is large, the posts provided by state-owned enterprises and institutions are less than those provided by state-owned enterprises and institutions, and some professional settings are not enough in line with the social needs, and the demand for underprivileged majors is small. The training specifications and quality of students do not accord with the standards of compound talents of employing units, the imbalance of supply and demand between urban and rural areas and so on. 2. The subjective reasons for the difficulty in employment of agricultural graduates in higher vocational colleges are mainly that graduates consider more high-income jobs in large cities and have a good working environment. Some agricultural graduates would rather compete with thousands of candidates for a few non-farm jobs than work in agricultural technology or management or start their own businesses at the grass-roots level in rural areas. This cause causes the agricultural higher vocational graduates employment difficulty, the frequent change of post and so on the employment quality is not high and so on. 3. In view of the problems existing in the employment of graduates, and in the light of the Annual report on Social needs and training quality of Guangxi Agricultural Vocational and Technical College, written by Max Company, it is suggested that schools should be based on social needs. Adjust the curriculum and specialty structure in time, strengthen the practice teaching link, and cultivate the agricultural compound talents which meet the needs of the society and the market. 4. Draw lessons from the experience of promoting graduates' employment at home and abroad, sum up the methods of employment guidance for agricultural higher vocational graduates, give correct employment guidance to college students, make them plan themselves as soon as possible, and realize their self-worth better in the future. 5.According to the survey results, the employment-oriented work guide of Guangxi Agricultural Vocational and Technical College was worked out.
