雷锋精神与高职院校德育研究

【摘要】:德育是我国高职院校教育的重要组成部分,“德才兼备、以德为先”的用人标准也要求高职院校把德育摆在尤为突出的位置。当前,我国高职院校在德育方面依然存在不少问题,雷锋精神继承了我们中华民族自古以来的优良美德,是我国劳动人民与人为善、勤劳朴实、助人为乐传统美德的一个缩影,雷锋精神这种先进精神对于我国高职院校培养崇德尚能人才有着深远的理论与实践意义。本文从理论角度分别分析雷锋精神与我国高职院校德育并阐述了雷锋精神新的时代内涵对于我国高职院校德育的重要作用,这对于当前我国和谐社会的建设具有重要的参考价值与现实意义。 第一部分绪论叙述了本文的选题缘由与意义、研究现状、研究内容与方法,指出了本课题研究的目的。 第二部分主要从德育内涵、特征与分类方面概述学校德育及总结德育的哲学、管理学和心理学理论基础,并明确界定了本文中德育的三个分类方法。 第三部分旨在分析雷锋精神的实质、雷锋精神在新时代下的内涵与价值,,从客观的视角用时代的眼光来重新解读雷锋精神,挖掘雷锋精神对于当今人们的启示。 第四部分重在指明当前我国高职院校德育发展中的困境以及它当前面临的纷繁复杂的新形势,由此引出我国高职院校德育迫切需要雷锋精神来引导的现实状态。 第五部分系统论述雷锋精神与我国高职院校在德育目标、德育内容、德育途径及德育评价四个方面的结合,进一步总结雷锋精神对我国高职院校德育各个方面的重要作用,以期带给我国高职院校德育一些启示与借鉴。
[Abstract]:Moral education is an important part of higher vocational education in our country. The employment standard of "both moral and talented, taking morality as the first" also requires higher vocational colleges to put moral education in a particularly prominent position. At present, there are still many problems in moral education in higher vocational colleges in China. Lei Feng's spirit inherited the fine virtues of our Chinese nation since ancient times, and it is a microcosm of the traditional virtues of the working people of our country who are good to others, industrious and simple, and help others to be happy. The advanced spirit of Lei Feng has far-reaching theoretical and practical significance for the cultivation of Zonde talents in higher vocational colleges in China. This paper analyzes Lei Feng's spirit and moral education in China's higher vocational colleges from the theoretical point of view, and expounds the important role of Lei Feng's new era connotation to moral education in higher vocational colleges in China. This has important reference value and realistic significance for the construction of harmonious society in our country at present. The first part of the introduction describes the reasons and significance of the topic, research status, research content and methods, pointing out the purpose of the research. The second part mainly summarizes the school moral education and summarizes the theoretical basis of philosophy, management and psychology from the aspects of connotation, characteristics and classification of moral education, and clearly defines the three classification methods of moral education in this paper. The third part aims at analyzing the essence of Lei Feng's spirit, the connotation and value of Lei Feng's spirit in the new era, re-interpreting Lei Feng's spirit from the objective angle of view, and excavating the enlightenment of Lei Feng's spirit to people today. The fourth part focuses on pointing out the predicament in the development of moral education in higher vocational colleges in our country and the complicated new situation, which leads to the realistic state that Lei Feng spirit is urgently needed to guide moral education in higher vocational colleges in our country. The fifth part systematically discusses the combination of Lei Feng spirit and higher vocational colleges in our country in four aspects: moral education goal, moral education content, moral education approach and moral education evaluation, and further summarizes the important role of Lei Feng spirit in all aspects of moral education in higher vocational colleges in China. In order to bring some enlightenment and reference to moral education in higher vocational colleges of our country.
