文化引领下的职业学校现代化建设实践探索

【摘要】：在20多年的职业学校改革实践中,学校以理念文化引领办学思想的现代化,以课程文化引领教学内容的现代化,以行为文化引领学校管理的现代化,以环境文化引领办学条件的现代化,形成了具有鲜明特色的校园文化,在文化引领学校现代化建设上走出了一条以"四维育人"体系为核心的现代化发展道路。
[Abstract]:In the practice of the reform of the vocational school for more than 20 years, the school guided the modernization of the school-running thought with the concept culture, led the modernization of the teaching content with the curriculum culture, led the modernization of the school management with the behavior culture, and led the modernization of the school management condition with the environment culture. The campus culture with distinct characteristics is formed, and a modern development road, which is the core of the "four-dimensional education" system, is taken out of the modern construction of the culture-leading school.
