高职院校隐性课程开发研究

【摘要】:隐性课程也叫做潜在课程、无形课程、隐蔽课程或非正式课程。在我国,20世纪80年代以来,隐性课程逐渐引起教育理论界的兴趣,并且正式进入了课程论研究的领域。隐性课程在教育领域中处处存在,它总是以内隐的或潜藏的方式存在。现有的多项研究表明,隐性课程对大学培养高素质人才、实现人才的全面和谐发展有着显性课程不可替代的作用。 高职教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分。高职院校和普通高校相比,具有人才培养目标与其人才培养过程的特殊性,因此高职院校和普通高校在隐性课程的开发上具有差异性。高职院校担负着培养高素质技能型人才、实现学生可持续发展的重任,可见,高职院校培养的不仅是高技能人才,更是综合素质全面发展的高技能人才。隐性课程因其自身特点及“润物细无声”的教育影响方式,对学生综合素质养成影响重大。但是我国高职院校一向重视显性课程多于隐性课程,甚至对其忽略,在隐性课程开发和利用方面仍存在许多不足,主要表现在:物质层面隐性课程开发忽视了对学生的心灵启发;精神层面隐性课程开发缺乏对高职院校精神的发扬;制度层面隐性课程开发缺少“以人为本”的理念;行为层面隐性课程开发缺少对高职教育特色的体现等。这些不足在一定程度上阻碍了高职院校内涵式发展与人才培养目标的实现。因此,加强高职院校隐性课程开发是非常有必要性和现实意义的。 本文拟从高职院校隐性课程开发的角度出发,首先,探讨本研究的背景、目的和意义、难点和创新点、思路和方法、相关研究的概述;其次,论述本研究的理论基础,为整个研究提供基本的理论支撑;再次,探讨隐性课程开发对高职院校的必要性与现实意义;然后通过对三所高职院校的问卷调查、访谈和实地访问对当前高职院校隐性课程开发现状进行分析,找出存在的问题及成因;最后根据对现存问题的反思,尝试性地提出具有针对性和有效性的高职院校隐性课程开发的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:Hidden courses are also called potential courses, invisible courses, hidden courses or informal courses. In our country, since 1980s, hidden curriculum has gradually aroused the interest of educational theorists, and has officially entered the field of curriculum theory research. Hidden curriculum exists everywhere in the field of education, and it always exists in an implicit or hidden way. Many existing studies have shown that hidden curriculum plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating high-quality talents and realizing the all-round and harmonious development of talents. Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in China. Compared with ordinary colleges and universities, higher vocational colleges have the particularity of talent training objectives and their talent training process, so there are differences in the development of hidden courses between higher vocational colleges and ordinary colleges and universities. Higher vocational colleges bear the important task of cultivating high-quality and skilled talents and realizing the sustainable development of students. it can be seen that higher vocational colleges are not only highly skilled talents, but also high-skilled talents with comprehensive quality and all-round development. Because of its own characteristics and the educational influence of "nourishing all things silently", hidden curriculum has a great influence on the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality. However, higher vocational colleges in our country have always attached more importance to explicit curriculum than hidden curriculum, and even ignored it, and there are still many shortcomings in the development and utilization of hidden curriculum. The main manifestations are as follows: the hidden curriculum development at the material level ignores the spiritual inspiration to the students; The development of hidden curriculum at the spiritual level lacks the development of the spirit of higher vocational colleges, the development of hidden curriculum at the institutional level lacks the concept of "people-oriented", and the development of hidden curriculum at the behavioral level lacks the embodiment of the characteristics of higher vocational education. To a certain extent, these shortcomings hinder the implicit development of higher vocational colleges and the realization of the goal of talent training. Therefore, it is of great necessity and practical significance to strengthen the hidden curriculum development in higher vocational colleges. From the point of view of hidden curriculum development in higher vocational colleges, this paper first discusses the background, purpose and significance, difficulties and innovations, ideas and methods of this study, as well as an overview of related research. Secondly, it discusses the theoretical basis of this study, which provides the basic theoretical support for the whole research. Thirdly, it discusses the necessity and practical significance of hidden curriculum development to higher vocational colleges. Then through the questionnaire survey, interview and field interview of three higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the current situation of hidden curriculum development in higher vocational colleges, and finds out the existing problems and causes. Finally, according to the reflection on the existing problems, this paper tries to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the hidden curriculum development in higher vocational colleges with pertinence and effectiveness.
