职业教育中“工匠精神”的缺失缘由与路径重塑

【摘要】:作为一种社会意识,"工匠精神"是匠人们基于高技能水平,在工作过程中所渗透出的"德、研、新、艺"的职业精神。社会对"工匠精神"的不当使用有时出现以偏概全或肆意滥用的现象。"工匠精神"是职业教育的灵魂,在教书育人过程中形成了教学盲点。通过围绕职业教育内外部环境,正读"工匠精神"、分析"工匠精神"在职业教育中的缺失缘由,重塑"工匠精神"的培育路径,已成为现代职业教育的深切召唤。
[Abstract]:As a kind of social consciousness, craftsman spirit is the professional spirit of "morality, research, new and art" permeated by craftsmen based on high skill level. The improper use of craftsman spirit in society sometimes appears the phenomenon of partial generalization or wanton abuse. "craftsman spirit" is the soul of vocational education, which forms a teaching blind spot in the process of teaching and educating people. Through reading "craftsman spirit" around the internal and external environment of vocational education, analyzing the reasons for the lack of "craftsman spirit" in vocational education, and reshaping the cultivation path of "craftsman spirit", has become the deep call of modern vocational education.
