【摘要】:对于婴幼儿来说,培养良好的运动意识是婴幼儿形成良好行为方式、保持健康身体的首要前提条件。婴幼儿参与健身活动是人社会化、全面化、综合化发展的基础。目前,我国在健身这一行为之中,还没有真正意识到健身是从婴幼儿阶段开始的,只是片面的认为健身是从成人开始的,而忽视了健身应从“头”即婴幼儿开始抓起。同时还有部分人片面的认为学校是婴幼儿参与健身的最主要场所,在一定程度上忽视了影响婴幼儿参与健身中家庭、社会的作用。一个人的社会化过程,家庭、学校、社会都扮演着重要的角色,肩负着神圣的使命,只有为婴幼儿创造完美的环境,才能促进其健康全面的发展。健身作为婴幼儿健康生长发育的关键因素之一,有着举足轻重的作用。加强婴幼儿健身的研究,对于推动家庭健身的发展,缓解家庭和社会压力,丰富婴幼儿学校生活具有重要的现实意义。本文主要运用社会学、家庭社会学、体育社会学、婴幼儿生理学、心理学、教育学、逻辑学、统计学等方面的科学原理,采用问卷调查法对武汉市婴幼儿参与健身活动的观念、情况、活动内容、活动时间、活动频率、活动地点、活动方式、参与动机、参与目的、影响因素等几个方面进行调查研究,研究结果显示:武汉市婴幼儿参与健身活动受家庭、学校、社会三方面的影响。家庭方面,武汉市家庭结构主要以核心家庭为主,其组织活动的主要目的是锻炼孩子各种能力,并受家庭的经济状况、职业状况、家长对婴幼儿健身参与的态度、教育制度和家长的教育子女的观念的影响。在活动时间方面,武汉市婴幼儿家庭体育活动时间和频率大都集中在每星期两次,每次的锻炼时间30—60分钟左右。在活动内容方面,家庭体育的内容都比较具有趣味性,运动方式各有所长,主要是以娱乐身心,休闲等一类为主,竞技性不强。在场地选择方面,主要在家庭附近,少部分家庭会选择付费去健身场所进行家庭体育锻炼,其活动空间的选择性不是很强,但存在极大的发展空间。学校方面,师资力量是影响婴幼儿参与健身活动的主要因素,其他影响因素还包括学校的场地、器材等。本文针对婴幼儿健身现存主要的问题,分别从家庭、幼儿园、社会三个方面提出了具体措施如下:家庭要重视婴幼儿参与健身活动,完善家庭体育;幼儿园应合理安排教学内容、组织形式、教学目标,并处理好三者之间的关系,加强师资队伍的建设;社会应规范组织建设,完善早教机构和医院;最后给出建议性的指导健身方案。本研究无论是对婴幼儿全面健康发展问题,还是对终身体育意识形成的问题,都具有十分重要的现实意义。此研究将填补婴幼儿参与健身活动上的不足,为婴幼儿能更好的参与健身活动提供可借鉴的范例。
[Abstract]:For infants and young children, training good sports awareness is the first prerequisite for infants to form good behavior and maintain healthy body. Infant participation in fitness activities is the socialization of people, comprehensive. Comprehensive development of the foundation. At present, our country in the fitness this behavior, has not really realized that the fitness starts from the infant stage, only one-sidedly thinks that the fitness starts from the adult. The neglect of fitness should start from the "head", that is, infants and young children. At the same time, some people unilaterally believe that the school is the most important place for infants to participate in fitness. To a certain extent, it ignores the influence on the role of the family and society in the exercise of infants and children. A person's socialization process, family, school and society all play an important role and shoulder the sacred mission. Only by creating perfect environment for infants can we promote their healthy and comprehensive development. As one of the key factors of healthy growth and development of infants, fitness plays an important role. For promoting the development of family fitness, relieving family and social pressure, enriching infant school life has important practical significance. This paper mainly uses sociology, family sociology, sports sociology, infant physiology. Psychology, education, logic, statistics and other aspects of scientific principles, the use of questionnaire survey of the concept, situation, activity content, activity time, activity frequency. Activity location, activity mode, participation motivation, participation purpose, influencing factors and other aspects of the investigation and research, the results show that: Wuhan City infants to participate in fitness activities by families, schools. The family structure of Wuhan is mainly nuclear family, the main purpose of its organization is to train children's various abilities, and to be affected by the family's economic situation and professional status. Parents' attitude towards infant fitness participation, educational system and parents' concept of educating their children. In terms of activity time, the time and frequency of family sports activities for infants and young children in Wuhan are mostly concentrated twice a week. Each exercise time 30-60 minutes. In the content of activities, the content of family sports are more interesting, sports methods have their own strengths, mainly to entertainment, leisure and so on. In the field selection, mainly near the family, a small number of families will choose to pay to go to the fitness place for family physical exercise, its activity space is not very selective. But there is a great space for development. On the school side, teachers are the main factors that affect the participation of infants and young children in fitness activities, and other influencing factors include the school site. According to the existing main problems of infant fitness, this paper puts forward specific measures from three aspects of family, kindergarten and society: families should attach importance to the participation of infants in fitness activities, improve family sports; The kindergarten should arrange the teaching content, organization form, teaching goal, deal with the relationship between them, and strengthen the construction of the teaching staff. The society should standardize the construction of the organization and improve the early education institutions and hospitals; In the end, the author gives the suggestion to guide the fitness program. This study is not only for the healthy development of infants and young children, but also for the formation of lifelong sports consciousness. This study will fill the deficiency of infant participation in fitness activities, and provide a reference example for infants to participate in fitness activities.
