浅谈幼儿园课题研究推进目标的确立

【摘要】：目前幼儿园教师开展的各类课题研究,由于缺乏明确、具有层递性的课题推进目标,使得教师在研究实践的过程中忙忙碌碌、不知所措,难以有效地解决课题研究的主要问题。本文以师幼互动课题研究过程中推进目标确立的过程为例,阐述了课题研究应以解决研究中的主要问题为主旨,以教师的实际情况为起点确立层层递进、因人而异地推进目标,从而有效达成课题研究的总目标。
[Abstract]:Due to the lack of clear and cascading research on various topics carried out by kindergarten teachers, teachers are busy and overwhelmed in the process of research and practice. It is difficult to solve the main problems of the subject research effectively. This paper takes the process of promoting the goal establishment in the process of teacher-child interaction research as an example, and expounds that the main purpose of the subject research should be to solve the main problems in the research. Taking the teacher's actual situation as the starting point, the author establishes layers of progressive development and promotes the goal from person to person, so as to achieve the overall goal of the subject research effectively.
